Iam Rajesh chauhan, mobile no. [protected], MATHURA, My problem is that iam not able to recharge my cellphone with calling amount through easy recharges, however i can do the same by recharge coupons,
I have talked many a times for the above problem with the airtel senior and junior executives of approximately 10-15 times, every time i give them transaction id, they told me to wait for a day, then they send the response next day through phones saying that your complain has been sort out and now you can do easy recharges on your mobile, when i do the recharges then the same problem continues,
PLEASE SORT MY PROBLEM, YOUR FORUM IS ONLY THE LAST PATH FOR ME.

many times i mailed them my problem.. and many times i lodged my complaint from my landline phone.
But they are not replying to mails nor resolving the problem. One of the executives even told me that it can not be resolved. Can anybody tell me how to initiate legal action against them. I am serious about it. They are making fool of consumers.
i have not recieved settings of NOP but my nop is activated.where i should go. for this, , , plz send me settings of nop and made me able to represent my concern in front of gprs department.
