Bad Airtel Prepaid Service and customer service - Airtel Prepaid
I am using Airtel Prepaid Service since last 3 years.I was quite happy
with the service provided by Airtel and thats why I use to tell others
also to use the same service. But since last year the quality of service
provided has been degraded badly.Customer care don t bother to listen to
customer. They are, there only for name shake.When its time to activate
any kind of service, that they do it sometimes without any request from
a customer n when customers come to know about it and asks to deactivate
such service, these people keep them on hold, tells customer that it will
be deactivated with in 48 hours or they ask to send some kind of sms to
a number etc.. But even after 48 hours service remains activated.
And when customer gives call again for the same, customer is told that
service has been deactivated, but in-fact it has not been.Or customer is
kept on hold for long time without any response if customers complaints
number of times.Its we the customer who suffer because of this stuff. We
get your service for convenience but its the inconvenience which we get
most of the time. When we go to relation center they ask us to call
customer care, when we call them they keep us on oxygen of 48 hours or
ask us to call again.
Since March 2008, some kind of service has been activated on my no-, I am receiving some volatile messages atleast 4 times
daily and I m being charged for those messages. I have given a complaint
to customer care. For the first time I have been asked to send sms to
some no, it didn t work. Than again when I gave call, I have been asked
to wait for 48 hours.I did that, and got message from airtel that
service has been deactivated, but infact it has not been deactivated
yet, still I am receiving those volatile messages.
I have already changed my card twice because of such kind of services
which these people don t deactivate and I have to bear the monetary
loss. Again same thing is being repeated, every time I can t keep on
changing my card.
