Complain:

The pre-paid no.[protected] is discuscunnected.I visited Vashi-Navi mumbai Airtel Gallery, the front office executive informed that the number is cancelled & can't be restored.

It's surprise to note that, the delay in re-submision of documents result in to cancellation of the long used number.

Request to find a procedure for restore the same number.

Airtel Prepaid Connection — Call charges

I have Airtel prepaid connection no.[protected]
airtel has changed my call charges (50ps to 60ps)
when I called customer care they told me it is a benefit
given by company . When I asked them to restore my old
charges they denied disconnects my call again and again
and barred my call for customer care.

FINALLY i got rid of your SCAMTEL. i am much much much relieved that I have switched my service provider. And i would like to inform you guys that one of my number([protected]) was activated in Nov2003 and you don't have to work on my numbers again ever. I guess when you guys say " we are working on a resolution " that really means that " You will suffer again" cos when i switched my service provider i got one sms from airtel saying i have been unsubscribed from some pack ( i don't remember the exact name of the pack). This is soooo irritating that i just deleted that sms instantly.
Anyways, now i thank a lot to the Mobile Number Portability Service, and surely it will teach a lesson to company like Airtel for being doing these scams.

Last month I call to customer care office then they deactivate this service and committee me that this will not happened again.

So Please disconnected this service on my mobile immediately.

Airtel Prepaid accounts — Automatic activation without user interaction.

dear sir

AIRTEL is never been like this before. But since from last 2 weeks they autometically activate value added services without my knowledge. They way of they do this one of the most cheater way to get customer interaciton. they send service msg.. soo customer get a dialog which is written as "TEST" than there in no other option except exit. i[censored] want to avoid tht dialog u want be able to use ur phone till u press exit.

now.. as u press exit they start to deduct the balcance of fully faltu value added services... I never come to know this if I didnt chked my last transections. I got a msg from co. about my last 5 transection. in that I found yesterday they have deducted 10 for astro msgr.. service.. at night 2:04 am.. Here money is not important but the cheating is... they actived tadkalive for free i got such msg. so I tried to find out wot was last five deduction. At same time I call customer care person who said me that everything will be reverted to you with in 4 hours. to my surprise they haven't reverted but also deducted 10 rs for the gprs services which i already deactivated yesterday.

After that I call customer care they juz rudely told me tht there is not a single transection for astrology service.. i asked him that I got tht msg in my inbox. tell me ur no. so that I can show u the company msg. But they just bluntly told me it's not possible.

What can we do against such ?! I do understand that my 10 rs. want make tham rich but yes I do want to say is anyone who sufferd from such incident ?! I m wondering becoz I guess they can easily get millions daily. by makein fool to customers like this... Pls. kindly note I m not a person who care for such transection in general.. but when it comes to fool me I want let them go with a single panny.

Airtel Prepaid — recharge amount not received

I have airtel prepaid mobile connection no. [protected]. i have recharged my mobile on 21st december with 1000 rs. but my account has not credit yet.

all most all mobile networks in india is very big fraud...they r taking unecessary money without giving any proper reason...if we complaint to customer care means...simply tell telling that they don't no...

AirTel — debit balance

hi,
i'm using an airtel mobile number for past 3 years. today(21 jan 2011), i got a call from airtel service about chance to talk with some celebrity. but i cut the call after some hours passed, they washed out my balance and it gone into negative. i'm not here to blame them. i'm trying to say that they are taking out our balance without our permission. already one time they screwed my account then called them and asked to refund and i got the money back. most of my friends also happened like. it doesn't matter they refund the money later but we helpness when they washed oyt our balance. so, i'm expecting that somebody should stop this and some action must be done for this.
