I have prepaid connection of airtel thats No [protected]. I recevied one SMS from [protected]. [your subsscription to the On demand Service has been renewed(30Rs. 30 Days, 30 Min Free) Call 543213 (toll-free) to enjoy your favorite Songs in 17 languages].This SMS I recevied on 10/07/2008 08:01 AM and cuted chares of Rs.30/- from My prepaid Mobile.
But Sir, I have not activated Mobile Radia and I no call to your custome care for talking this typ of service then why you active Mobile Radio in My mobile without infomed me?
I have no requerment any other services of your mobile company and I am not Inrested this typ of services. So why you charging per month Rs.30.00 without infomed me?
I request to you please refund My Rs.30/- in my prepaid mobile as soon as and closed this typ service who start by you without apply and without infomed.

Airtel Prepaid — Cheating in regards to validity

Hi, My name is Gurpreet and i am an airtel prepaid customer for the last 1.6 years..I feel cheated as airtel promised a lifetime validity on 502 Easy recharge with a talktime of 446 rupees. and it was promised that the validity will be updated in three days when i recharged my account on 17/04/2009..I called up care after 3 days, and i was told that the process will take about a week but was never updated. i called customer care several times and they said there was no such offer ever. strangely if you still call on 121 and select 1 for language and then 2 for offers, you still are geting the same offer in their ivr..tried talking to the managers in care but they hung up while i'm told to wait.It has been a very bitter experience with Airtel and i'm planning to change my service provider.but I don't want more people to suffer the same fate, PLEASE HELP...

iam a airtel dealer from chromepet kasthuri cell point at chromepet (chennai). for the past 5 month iam not receive claim amount from the distubutor iam the one of the leading sales of airtel we do more number of activation per month but distrubutor did not give me claim amount . please take neccesary step and correct this type of fradulance

WE HAVE AN SMALL MOBILE SHOP AT TITAGRH 24PGS(N). THERE IS AN DISTRIBUTOR NAME "FAIR DEAL" . THE DISTRIBUTOR SALESMAN MR. AVISHEK ALWAYS COME AT AOUR SHOP AND COLLECT THE MONEY FOR E-RECHARGE BALNACE AND COUPONS OF AIRTEL . LAST 13, 14 AND 17TH AUGUST-09 HE TAKE MONEY AS REGULAR WE HAVE ALSO DISTRIBUTOR BILL FOR SAME AMOUNT. THE 17TH AUGUST MONEY WHICH HE COLLECT AND DIDNOT DEPOSIT IN TO OFFICE AND RUNAWAY SAME DAY WITH ALL COUNTERS MONEY. NOW THE DISTRIBUTOR SAY TILL THE AVISHEK THE SALESMAN NOT COME .NO ANY MONEY WILL BE RETURN TO U. THEY ALSO BLOCK THE COUPONS OF RS-10/- THE AMOUNT WHICH I PAID TO HIM IS RS-58000/- THERE ARE MANY COUNTERS IN MY AREA HAVE SAME MONEY AND LOST.NOW THE DISTRIBUTOR ONLY SEND 2000 BALNCE TO RESTART OUR BUSINEES.

NOW WHAT SHOULD OUR NEXT STEP. WE ALSO LODGE A GENERAL DIARY IN THE NAMME OF AVISHEK(SALESMAN) AT TITAGARH POLICE STATION, DISTRIBUTOR ALSO CASE ON THE SALESMAN AT KHARDAH POLICE STATION.

TELL US FOR SOME USEFUL INFORMATION FOR OUR NEXT STEPS.

i amarjeet singh virdi mobile no. [protected] recently converted from postpaid to lifetime , recently airtel without my activation of airtel live radio services .and make a deduction of rs- 30 .

just to create revenue from us airtel is such practise . please do something to stop such practise my alternate no.is -- [protected]

But the distributer write the Name Adil Pratap Singh in place of Mohammad Adil. Currently i have lost my no. but when i went to collect the duplicate SIM from the airtel service center then the employee told me that your name is not matched. In the whole procedure there is not my fault. The total fault is Balaji Telecom. I want my no. back. If it will not do i will go to Consumer Forum.

Airtel — LIFETIME CHEATING

I AM A CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL FOR LAST 7 YEARS. IN 2004 I PAID RS.900.00 TO MAKE MY CONNECTION TO LIFETIME. I GOT SMS CONFIRMATION AS TILL 2024. TILL LAST DECEMBER 2009 I WERE USED THIS CONNECTION. BEING A DUBAI RESIDENT, I ALWAYS USING ON MY VECASION. AFTER 5 MONTHS I AM TRIED MY CONNECTION. NOW MY CONNECTION IS USING BY ANOTHER PERSON, HE TELLING HE GOT CONNECTION FROM AIRTEL.

I CONTACTED THE AIRTEL PEOPLE, THEY ARE TELLING I[censored] R NOT USING 3 MONTHS IT WILL BE RECYCLED AND ALLOTED TO OTHERS.

BY ACCEPTING 900 RUPEES THEY CONFIRMED THAT UR SIM WILL EXPIRE ON 2024.

PLEASE AWARE OF AIRTEL, TODAY OFFERS ONLY FOR TODAY DONT EXPECT MORE - LIFETIME CHEATERS
