[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Airtel Online Service | |
Hi, I'm Chetan V and my concern is I have activated the Airtel Online service on my Mobile number +[protected] and I'm using Sony Ericsson W810i handset. I have activated this service on 15 July 08 at 02:36 AM and also got the confirmation saying the service is active. But I have not yet received the settings on my Mobile. I also contacted the Customer care and spoke to the folks over the call and they sais the Settings had been sent Manually but I'm not sure to what extent it is true because they said within couple of minutes the settings will be sent. I spoke with almost three folks and they said its already been sent and thereby I will be able to utilize the service. But till now I've not received the settings and not able to use the service. Is this the way the AIRTEL gives the service to its CUSTOMERS????????????????? If you people cannot give proper service then why do you introduce all these stupid services???????? If you really care for the Customers then please don't cheat them by this way nor do the needful on time or refund the money back. Was this information helpful? | |

friends card-mobile — service is blocked
my mobile number is [protected].My service was blocked due to non-availability of documents.I have submitted the said documents 10 days before, but still my service is not yet started.I had submitted my documents at Airtel shoppee, Sadanand Hotel, Market yard, Sangli- Maharashtra.
And when i ask them why my service is not started yet then they don't respond me properly.

I have Airtel Simcard from last 2 years, i stay in Virar but work dubai i usually use this card when i m in India, sometimes i tried to use it in Dubai.Last month someone took my card i m very sure one of my friends friend from Virar, so i requested from vasai gallery a new sim card they started my new Sim:[protected] HLR 2, this card was issued against my Passport details, my phone no. in India is : 0091 [protected], as i tried to insert this card here in Dubai there is no signal, so told my family member to recheck they tried to call on my india number n guess what the the guy my friends friend has taken my no. and he answered, the sim is with me here and the card was issued on my passport still how come he is using my mobile no.please i want to use my same sim card here in dubai, i do request for ur help against this kind of fraud people and the people who issues the same no.to him.

I have all the supporting documents for the same but just wanted to confirm if i can submit all the docs (Supporting Docs) online with "change Request form" signed to change the address, as i have only sunday for personal work but sunday relationship centres are closed.

i have Airtel sim card and in the date of 30 march I receive a message of renewed 3 days you will be charged rs 98 for 1 gb valid for 30days
but net pack never renewed .and then customer care said pack is deactvate in date 3/4/13 wednusday .night one PM but i cant deactivated ...
what will i do ...plese help me another i will port my sim in another company...

How many imes do I need to inform you guys that I am not able to use the Airtel Online service on my mobile number +91 [protected].
I dont know what you people are gonna do but it high time. Today at any cost I must be able to use and access the service.
I have never experienced such a worse service with any other service provider...
