I am disturbed on these SMS

you people are really teasing customers. 1st you send a msg about any subscription without any request from customer, and then you tell them to call on particular number to stop that. and if customer doesn't call then his balance is deducted and service is activated.
you are cheating people.

Hello,

Today i got a message in my mobile saying that they would be renewing dating service which i never activated. More so, they would be charing 1Rs/day. I want to deactivate it. The customer service was PATHATIC. The agent picked up the phone and then cut me off saying nothing. I have been a loyal custom of airtel for a long time. But now i am seriously thinking to change my connection.
