[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid SIM — They Have Blocked My Sim | |||
My airtel Prepaid Sim Has Been Blocked By The Provider.. Yesterday Form My Sin Balance Of 157 Was Deceted & They Said That It Is Because Of Data Usage But In My Phone Data Counter It Is Showing That Till Now Only 350 Mb Of Data Is Used & Data Pacage Was Of 1 GB I Can Also Give All Record Of My Data Usage To Prove That It Has Not Crossed 1 Gb Data Limit & When I Spoke To Coustomare Care Then They Blocked My Sim.. & It'S Ridicioulus First You Detect Balance & Then lock The Sim.. Please , I Request To Check & Refund My Balance & Activate My Sim Again.. Do It As Soon As Possible Because Without Phone Many Of My Work'S Has Left Undone.. Please , Check It Out.. Airtel Prepaid SIM — Poor Customer care service
I am regulsr customer of airtel prepaid. but i am tottaly fedup with airtel customer care service. I have been recieving sms from 3333 for latest cricket score for 6 monts. i had complain many times in customer care for stop this service but there are no responce at all. I feels very disturbance for this service . i am also harrashed by airtel and this service please do somthing.i don't wnt t change my number becoz there are lot of problems occue after sim change.
Airtel Prepaid SIM — SIM Blocked
Hi,My name is Amit Kumar Sharma. I purchased a new Airtel Prepaid SIM in the month of May this year. I submitted all required document along with the application form to an Airtel Shop located at Sector 37, Faridabad-121003.
But My number was blocked saying that address verication failed. I submitted the documents again to the same Airtel Shop. But, nothing happend and now my SIM is permanantely blocked.

dear sir,sir i have lost my mobile [protected] on 1-7-2008. my pre paid mobile is used by unauthorised person. after meeting with your customer care center she says i will blocked your sim in 48hr but it not happened. please block my sim so that it's unauthorised used can be checked.

I have prepaid connection with [protected] No But you are cut my balance with-out any outgoing call or use any serviceI have recharge my account on 04/09/08 with Rs30 till now there is only 9Rs Balance i have make only one outgoing call during 4/09/08 to 05/09/08

air tel, what a service wowwooo...no body will attend any complaints against them, lots of customer care, compaint box, but no use ...and i[censored] but is u have to pay them sure they will cal u for it.
i lost 400 rs from my mobile, complaint given no response...
thats airtel mobile service...all goes in air
