[Resolved]  Airtel — Repeat 3rd time : Stop promotional sms

Repeat 3rd time - No solution for my problem, I have been receiving NDTV NEWS msgs for past 2 months, i have activated DND also but these msgs are still disturbing me, i had contact customer care 6 times but they are saying that i have subscribe these from any website but i have not subscribe my number to any king of these websites...Msgs are coming from (AP-NDAROT), I have re-activate DND service but still no solution..i have to Port my Number in another company.

KONNECTIONS — Repeated SMS

This is a placement firm:
KONNECTIONS, Opp. Mira Road, Behind Subhiksga,
C103 Shanti Enclave.
Phone Nos.32683995 / 32678534 / 32683996 / 32683997.
They have been repeatedly sending me SMS on my mobile at all odd hours disturbing me.
I had called them and told to de-activate my Cell No. and not to send any SMS, which they confirmed.
But again they have started harassing by sending SMS and disturbing me. Yesterday also I spoke to their office.

Yes. You are right. I am advocate. My Mobile No. is in NTD list of Vodafone. Today I am sending Notice to KONNECTIONS, about SMS. If you want to join send the details.

AirTel — third rated customer service

This is to inform that for last 3 months i am calling 121 customer service and everytime new person comes and taking my complaints. Most worst points everytime they give new ref number. I Never subscribed clasifed ads for job still i am getting sms from airtel and they deducting money from my account. it shows airtel recurited road side people in their call centre. still i am getting sms inspite of calling 121. It proves that Airtel providing poor service to customer.
I am regularly receiving SMS from Konnections, every morning. This is very frustating, as I have not approached to them, still they are sending me SMSes. Kindly take a strict action against them
I would really appreciate if a legal notice can be sent to them, as this is creating a mental harassment day by day.

I'm also recieving the same sms 's everyday, and that too 3 -4 times.

Request you to do the needful.
I totallly agree with this, and i am really frustrated by their repeated messages. everyday on an average i recieve 3-4 messages from konnections and its getting on my nerves now.I tried to find their number but could not. lets do something that these annoying messages can be stopped. a legal notice should definitely be sent to them. they have no rights to disturb people all day long.
Does anyone know anybody working in Konnections personally?If yes, please tell them to have some sense!Those people don't have any sense of timing, keep on sending sms at 12 at night or 6:30 at morning.Hell!

It seems that nothing is happening even after complaining it over here. I've been getting messages from Konnections every now and then. At least 10 messages a day for job openings which I'm not at all interested.
Same is the case here and would like to see how to take an action over this.
there should be a way to stop them doing this.
I'm really aggravated about this.

I was also frustrated with these kind of sms form konnections, but last week when my company started reducing people, i visited konnections to just see if they can help. Will you all believe, they got me a job in 2 days!!

I would say, when you dont need a job you may get frustrated with these sms, but when i was in need i got immediate help.

AirTel — Pls avoid sms

I am getting messages frequently from ur office.Pls avoid such this type of sms to my mob .i dont know the land line which u are refering([protected]). Pls check and confirm . consider this mail as a notice.

AirTel — Repeat complaint

hi,
this is regarding my first complaint placed here on 28.08.2009.
the company's policy is very sad, and fraud.
you pepole dont have authority to debit customer's account without any subscription. but still u r doing that. after posting this complaint on last friday, mr.ashish called me from [protected] this no.
and asked me to first you have to unsubscribe the hello tune then after i will credit the amt into your account which we had debited firstly. i foolishly did that because i m using the number from 2 years n i had never experienced such things before. but now this has been crossed the limits. i dint like the policy of stolling money from customer's account. if i dont want any hello tune i did not activated any hello tune then after you are debiting my account.

now i am going to cancel this number.

My mobile no.is[protected],iam receiving too many sales promotional messages which is very much irritative,patience testing and unwanted.Please see that such messages are not sent to me in future.

i am receving cals from airtel and asking me about my name and they r u calling me with other name but my name is bhaskar.vemuru and i have submited my doc's long long ago and i regested a complant regarding this but nothing happen but again sum one caled me from hyderabad and calling me with another name what is all pls go throw this issue

Airtel — Promotional SMS not stopping

Its really annoying to see promotional SMS flowing in regularly. I just got an SMS from[protected],[protected] regarding some membership offers. I don't understand how these people get the option of sending such SMS. There should be strict laws to make sure that they are removed from the network, when such SMS are sent from their mobile. And hefty fine as well.
