SO THAT'S WHY I AGREE TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND PAID THE FULL PAYMENT UP TO 10TH SEPTEMBER,2011. BUT IN YOUR COLLECTION CENTER NAME :

THERE IS A GIRL/LADY NAMED :
PRIYA SHARMA IS MISBEHAVING AND GIVE THREATENING TO ME THAT I AM FROM LEGAL DEPARTMENT (COURT) AND FIGHT WITH ME ON TELEPHONE ( THIS PART IS HIGHLY LOSSES TO THE COMPANY AND YOU DISMISSED HER WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT OR I WANT A APOLOGIZE LETTTER AND GIVE ME THE FULL ADDRESS OF HER ).

BUT IN THE MEANTIME HER OFFICER NAMED : RAJESH TAKE THE CALL FROM HER AND TALK TO ME AND HE WILL WELL BEHAVED AND WELL MANNERED ( THIS PART IS HIGHLY APPRECIATE AND GIVE HIM A PAR-MOTION AND A STRONGEST PART OF THE COMPANY).

AND I ALSO BRINGS TO YOUR GOOD KNOWLEDGE THAT I KNOW THE LAWS OF THE COURT.

I have a broadband connection and fixed land line no.[protected] in the name of Asha Jain at (E-168 Kamla Nagar, Delhi-7.)

I logged the service of address change on dated : 01.09.2011 under reference no.3310274 and change of plan under reference no.3310052.

But till date there is no service or support from your side on reference no.3310274 of change of address

I closed my connection on 01.09.2011. and I request you to not to charge any type of rental and calling and any installation charges
till the connection is not RESTORED at my new address (54 , 2nd floor, Gali no.2 , Prem Nagar , Near Shakti Nagar, Delhi-110007.)

[protected] AT E-168, KAMLA NAGAR, DELHI-110007 IN THE NAME OF ASHA JAIN, MOBILE NO.[protected] & [protected] TO MY NEW ADDRESS AT 54, 2ND FLOOR, GALI NO.2, PREM NAGAR, NEAR SHAKTI NAGAR, DELHI-110007.
I ALSO SEND THE EMAIL ON 06.09.2011 FOR THE SAME TO THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ALSO TO NODAL OFFICER (NCR).
ON DATED 07.09.2011 YOUR LINE MAN COME HERE AND CONFIRM THE ADDRESS AND NAME AND I CONFIRM HIM EVERYTHING BUT HE WENT WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING AND HE DID NOT COME AGAIN TILL DATE.
I ALSO AGAIN CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT ONDATED 10.09.2011. BUT TILL DATE THEIR IS NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE AND DID NOT RESTORED MY CONNECTION AT MY NEW ADDRESS.
THIS IS LAST TIME TO GIVE YOU E-MAIL . IF YOUR COMPANY DID NOT RESTORED MY CONNECTION AT MY NEW ADDRESS THEN I REFER THIS CASE TO CONSUMER FORUM.
THEREFORE I REQUEST TO YOU THAT AS EARLIEST AS POSSIBLE RESTORED MY CONNECTION AT MY NEW ADDRESS AND DID NOT CHARGE ANY TYPE OF CHARGES.
