it is with utmost urgency that i state that my cellphone network,Airtel, has never maintained any confidentiality in my bill details.Time and again they have divulged my call details to all and sundry causing me immense harm and mental torture.they should have some level of personal verification before doing so. Please respond at earliest.

Airtel// Urgent — privacy & details disclosing problem

Hi,

Airtel is big company and i do aspect, there must be privacy for the user so that no one other then the user can only get his detail information of his call.How is possible that my call details are being known to some other person?
Please take action soon regarding this issue, update me by mailing and one thing more the i would like to know but will tell you later.Hope today immediatly you people will be resolve my problem.
I am taking a copy of this mail to myself also.Do the needful.

    I request for the duplicate SIM for my Airtel number [protected] on 13.01.2010 at Airtel Relationship Centre E-23 Shop no. 5, 6, 7 & 8, Dilshad Colony, Delhi - 110095, because my mobile set including SIM card was lost on same day. Airtel Relationship Centre people and Customer care person checked their system and found that my documents details are not updated in their records, whether I had already submit the following documents at Airtel Relationship Centre E-23 Shop no. 5, 6, 7 & 8, Dilshad Colony, Delhi - 110095 on 04.11.2009.
    1. Prepaid Enrollment form
    2. Voter card for Address proof
    3. ID card for Photo ID proof
    4. 1 Passport size photo
    5. Pan Card

    Why my details are not updated ?

    I am really fed up of calling Airtel Relationship Centre again & again. Now I am humbly request Airtel Authority to step in and take the quick, sharp & necessary action to rectify my problems. I hope AIRTEL will try it's best to maintain the customer faith & esteem. Otherwise I need to drop AIRTEL from my mind. I am regular costomer since 2000.
    I hope you will appreciate my request and do the needful at the earliest.

    I have post paid mobile no.[protected]. I replace my old SIM card on same number. But it can't work properly. Message display "Limited Service". Please help me.

    Air tel mobile postpaid connection — non activation of duplicate card connection

    Dear Sir

    on 11.10.08 at 12.15 noon i went to the AIrtel showroom with proof of rationcard and pan card requesting for duplicate card. I was asked to pay rs.150/- and was informed that the card would be activated in 4 hours. Till 12.15 of 12.10.08 it is not done, I have contacted Customer care entre thrice call attended by Mr. Sudharshan on 11.10.08 night. He informed that there was no request from show room and asked by new sim card number and said it would be activated in 2 hours. Again it was not done. Now at 11.50 AM on 12.10.08 I called CC centre. Mr Arun attended the call and he informed that he would activate the connection in 2 hours. He called once again and informed that the phone call was dropped while speaking and again he put down the call before even the conversation was over.

    Is this the way you render good service to a customer having airtel connection for past 2 and half years. Than u for the service. Please activate soon.

    Airtel Delhi — Poor connectivity

    I am residing at Shakti Nagar, Delhi-7. Since last 4-6 months i am facing frequent disconnection problem due to poor network connectivity. Even some times network is not available. I am professional, where a lot of amount of work is handled through Mobile Phone. Such a frequent networking problem not only costing me financially both on account of work suffering and increase bill amount, it is very much frustrated.
    Kindly look into the matter and give discounts due to higher amount of bill and financial losses. We are regular customers having good usage of mobile, otherwise thinking of shift all the mobiles to other operators. My mobile number is[protected]

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have purchased airtel sim on 19/04/2009 and also submitted documents(pan card and light bill copy)on that day.on 21/04/2009 i got call from airtel custmer care that we wont accept light bill copy you have to submit another document copy like driving licence or voter card so i said i will submit voter card xerox.Then on 26/04/2009 i have submitted all documents with voter card copy in Borivali west Airtel relation center .since that day my sim card actvation not done.i have also twicely called up to airtel care.Please do needful.

    i had lodged a message with the airtel on 12th February, 2010 nodelofficer regarding non-activation of sim card issued by your connaught place office Hi LINE Airtel Relationship Centre Sim No.[protected] Code. FS013 and informed that it would be activated within 48hours. it is surprising that even after a lapse of about one months time the sime has not been activated. i had perforce to use pre-paid card being used by me earlier. in case you are not interested to change the option, kindly let me know so that i could opt for any other operator .

    I have purchased a sim trough air tel online website [protected] on dated 14.01.2013 Also many complaints of nodelofficer against non activation of my mobile services .but till date number not activated. kindly do the needfull.
    Every month I face problems while making payments at Dilshad Colony Airtel. The staff is highly irresponsible. They can be found eating at desk during working hours. Regular feature is that our server is not working. The company providing millions of Indians cant' maintain its own network? On the desk backdrop its written that dont accept hand written receipts while making payments, but the staff never follows the rule.Many times I have paid delayed payment fine for the delay from their end. And when asked for refund they give so many irrelevant reasons for delays. If this outlet is going to work in the same way... airtel is going to have a lose a lot... very soon.

      Hi!

      I have brought with me my airtel no. while i was travelling abroad as its mentioned on airtel website roaming facility available.

      I am here in middle east and the day i arrived on 18th Dec i started contacted airtel for this service as its not working only with my number. they have been not able to solve this issue till date while sending me only emails letting me do this and that but not correct solution.

      Later on they said that this service is not available for upeast cusotmers.... they didnt mention that in their advertisement where they claim roaming facility available.

      i am afraid that this number may discontinue if not in use and they are not able to give me any assurance for my number [protected]

      please assist.

      Airtel Sim — sim not providing roaming services

      my airtel sim is not providing roaming services in west bengal.
      the sim is of chhattisgarh.

      I would like to inform you that I have bought a sim card from Patna, Bihar, India. Vodafone No. [protected], SIM no.[protected]. I have submitted all requied document to agent.
      When I have reached in Delhi then signal is very poor and I not able to call any where. I have contact customer Care in Delhi they did not help me in this regards. I have call several time to Patna customer care number but no body attending the phone.

      You are requested that kindly look into the matter and fix the proble so that I will use the same sim.

        Hi

        I am staying at dwarka, alongwith my wife, and my telephone no. is under her name. The telephone no. is[protected], which was totally diconnected and treminated due to late payment, as we were out of town for a considerable time period, now when we returned we paid the bill for Rs 3113/- and we were given a wrong commitment of 2 days for the reactivation, but when we called after the given time we were given a time of 7 days for the same.

        Now the bill paid on the 8th of jan is still under the process of activation and we are sitting on the 18th, which is straight 11 days from the time the bill was paid.

        this is the most disgusting kind of attitude bharti airtel has towards the customers and not only this, the team leaders and supervisors at the call centers, are giving lame excuses for thier fault.

        who to knowck for this. only god knows.

        airtel commit me to gave me 250 speed plan and after 15 day they said they are not migrate this plan and i am tired plz help me
        I'm Shivangi Nagar. I stay in Faridabad and i have taken Airttel Braodband connection (Scheme #49/- Plan) in the month of May 2010. During that time an Airtel person had come to activete our connection which is on my name. Now due to some reasons I want the account to be tranfered on the name of my husband. Please suggest how to go about this. The person from airtel had promised us that he will help us in transfering the account on my husband name as he has all the documents with him which we had given on the time when he came for form filling. Now that person is not picking up the call and it seems he has disconnected his number. His no. is [protected]. If you can posiibly tell me his new number I would be grateful and also please suggest the procedure of transferring the account from my name to my husband's. Also we are not recieving the hard copy of bill at the address we have provided

          Hi,

          I recently got an Airtel DTH installed. The problem is when I switch to multilanguage channels (Discovery channel, NGC, Animal planet, etc) both English and Hindi audios are played. I need to know whether it is fault of my TV or the DTH. My TV is a 20-year-old Crown TV and could use a single coaxial TV cable from SBT to TV rather than AV 3 pin, as there is no option for the TV. Give me solutions other than buying a new TV.

              SIM Deactivation

              My son, who is studying in Manipal, came home to Hyderabad during the winter break. On returning to Manipal, he found his outgoing calls blocked because he had not used the sim for 3 weeks! Obviously, he did not use for 3 weeks because he was in Hyderabad and was using his Hyderabad Airtel prepaid sim. It is pretty easy for Airtel to verify that he was indeed using his Hyderabad SIM on these dates since that was also airtel. However, airtel...

              Dear Sir,
              This is ugandiran from Ponneri,i have been using Airtel DTH (Customer ID :[protected] For the past 7 - 8 month registered on my fathers name Chandraselvan.Recently for the past 5 days exactly from 11th Jan my airtel DTH was not working....i complained this problem to Airtel DTH Customer care,they gave me an SR No :1749885 and said it will be resolved within 12:30 of 15th we waited till that time no one showed up....and again i called them said all the thing to another person he said the Engineer will be calling within an hour and resolve u r problem,again the same thing happened no one showed up....i really fed up and called the customer care my call has been escalated to the Escalation Desk,The Executive said the problem will be solved with in two hours and generated me an another SR No. 1764511 ,again the same thing happened....i really fed up calling them and finally called them today(17/01/2010) ,there was no proper response from them and they just gine another id 40172777 the customer care Executive not escalating my call to the higher Executive also...
              These guys are just making fool o[censored]s.

              bad service provider Airtel DTH
              Airtel is the worst company i have ever used so far. i have used their mobile service, had problems in billing etc., broadband false billing and now again its my fault to take airtel dth and complain. i took a connection yesterday and was told it would be activated by night or by morning. the dealer never bothered to respond even when the connection was not activated on the time told to me. in the mean time my rel called up to airtel customer care and now they are blaming this as the mistake and my connection is yet to be activated. again a time was promised and i was told not to call the customer care. but now it 1.5hours past that time. my connection is yet to be activated. In general, Never believe services where money is ASKED 1ST. they sure are not gonna be good

                  Daily messages from 5432101 (jokes) are received without subscribing for the same, for more than one month. Why is Airtel cheating the customers in this manner which is nothing but begging for Re.1 daily. Whether you want us to use Airtel or shift to other operators which are fair in their marketing.                     I have Airtel Connection no. [protected]. Since I was to shift permanently from Delhi to Chandigarh, I had requested for deactivation in the first week of DEC 2009. I was persuaded by Airtel not to get connection deactivated and instead get same RELOCATED to CHANDIGARH. I received Airtel,s message dated 1/1/10 stating that 50% rental discount of 15 days shall be given. Further Airtel executive confirmed over telephone that I will not be charged for roaming in Chandigarh and Airtel Punjab region shall approach me for giving new number. When no one approached me till 15th, I contacted 121 who informed that there is no such plan for non charging of roaming. This was a surpise to me being contrary to what Airtel 121 had been commiting earlier till 1.1.2010. THIS SHOWS THAT THERE IS IMMENSE CONFUSION WITHIN AIRTEL AS CONFLICTING STAEMENTS ARE BEING GIVEN. 121 (AIRTEL CUST. SERVICE) HAS TAKEN MY REQUEST TODAY FOR IMMEDIATE DEACTIVATION OF CONNECTION THROUGH REQUEST NO. 30470929 & HAVE ASSURED THAT THE CONNECTION WILL BE DEACTIVATED WITHIN 24 HOURS THAT IS BY 17TH JAN 2010.
                    KINDLY NOTE THAT IF IT IS NOT DONE, I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO PAY FOR ANY CHARGES BEYOND 17TH JAN 2010. KINDLY DEACTIVATE AS ABOVE AND REFUND MY SECURITY IF ANY AFTER ADJUSTING PAYMENT UPTO 17TH JAN 2010. IF STILL I HAVE TO PAY SOMETHING UPTO 17TH JAN. THEN PL FORWARD UR BILL AFTER DISCONNECTING AS ABOVE.

                        This is with regards to a new Airtel connection we took on the name of Maxposure Media Group. An executive from Karshni Solutions name Rohan came & gave us SIM. You’ll be surprised we took the connection on 9th Jan 2010 & till date the number has not been activated. The concern person is not taking our calls and if we call from any other number he picks up the phone and says he’ll get the number activated.

                        Please find below the details:

                        We have already lodged complaint at Airtel customer care, complaint number is 30447230.

                        Apparently, lot of fraud complaints have been registered against this agent, we checked on Google. We got lead of the agent from 121, I wonder what kind of agents Airtel has.

                          At dated 15/01/2010 I had got installed airtel digital tv by sai communication 884, T.P.Nagar Meerut u.p. after one hour the setupbox got hanged. There is a problem of hanging setup from time to time. I got realised that the Box is already used somewhere.Airtel installation peoples are supplying old/used setup boxes.

                            Around half an hour back today (Jan 16, 2010), I got missed call from the number [protected].

                            When I called back at this number, I came to that It was from Dubai and the
                            caller said that he is calling from Dubai AIRTEL office. They informed about the lottery which I won worth 10 lakhs.
                            I aske the name - it wa some Mr. Vijay Kumar(probably fake)
                            The person asked me to give my account number so as to transfer money of Rs.10 lakhs.

                            He also said that around 130 Airtel number won this lottery.

                            This call deducted huge amount from my balance in mobile.When I called to
                            Airtel Customer Care, they said there is no such office in Dubai.I
                            was shocked that how someone got my Airtel number and trying to get information like this.
                            I request Airtel to take strict action against this number - or the series of numbers as mentioned above by other users.

                            Airtel is a brand, and I've been its customer for around 10 years - it should should consider this kind of complaints pretty seriously.
                            Any amount of money deducted may be re-imbursed back - thats a suggestion.
                            I hope Airtel keeps up to their brnd vlue and not let it get tarnished like this.

                            Today 21st Feb 2010, I got a missed call from number[protected]. I didn't recognize it so called back. Some who said his name is Vijay Kumar(probably fake) said i won a award of Rs 10 lakh from Airtel and he is calling from airtel head office. He asked me to call [protected] and talk to Raj Verma(probably fake) to claim the money.

                            I didn't believe it, once i reached back home i checked online for such frauds and found above link. I called airtel and informed them about it.

                            I as an individual cannot followup with these frauds, however Airtel can and should followup and these people are defaming airtel's name.

                            i also faced same problems, and this time no.(s) were [protected] & [protected],
                            they steal our data base and when i talked with airtel, then they told me, that they r not responsible for all the process.
                            I am surprised how Airtel database can be so easily hacked into by fraudsters! I received a call today morning (05/06/2012) from some fool in Calcutta claiming that I have won 25 Lakh rupees in an Airtel prize scheme and I was to contact the following number - [protected] -Rawal Malhotra. Also I was asked for my personal bank account number, account holder name and branch details. I already concluded a FAKE and so I have passed on the number of fraudster to Airtel office and they said they will take strict action!

                            I really hope such fraudsters be caught and AIRTEL (One of the biggest service providers) provide more security to its customers who are the real reason for AIRTEL success.

                            I had received a call on my mobile today at noon from Number[protected] that my airtel mobile number has been selected in 10000 numbers and in the occassion of Amitabh Bachhan's 70th Birthday and due to this an amount of Rs.10 lac will be paid to me through online transfer in my bank account or if I want to take it cash then they will pay cash. They have given me another number [protected] for calling tomorrow. The person some Vijay Kumar was talking.
                            Please take action in your jurisdiction for this fake calls.

                              I had taken the Airtel Postpaid connect in the plan offered by my company and Airtel Sales Executive( Mr. Mateen). The GPRS charges he had offered are Rs.199/- unlimited for the month, but my Nov. 09 GPRS charges in the bill was Rs 804/- and the Dec' 09 is around Rs1600/-. I had mailed several time to [protected]@airtelindia.com and called Airtel Service call center. But unfortunatly i never got positive feedback and no one is working on that. i really surprised when i saw to this month bill with huge GPRS charges. i was following from the last bill,, i had paid as i dont wnt interruption in my services.

                                My brother Shaival Chatterjee has an Airtel Prepaid Mobile Connection No. being [protected].We got it recharged with Rs.25,but to our surprise the balance started decresing without our knowledge everyday.
                                Upon calling to the Cust Care on 15.01.2010,they told us that a Joke SMS Service charging Re.1.00/SMS/day has been activated on 28.12.2009 by us which is entirely false.
                                It is the 4th time we have faced this sort of a problem with Airtel Prepaid in which they have activated a Service without our knowledge & consent & are blaming us insted for this.
                                Please help us in this matter.

                                  Sir, on 6-1-10 I contacted your retail officer Mr. Aashish [Mob. No. [protected]] for a broadband connection [a gift to my newly wedded daughter] Neha Joshi 532 ka/217 ka, Pandeytola Aliganj Lucknow.
                                  After a satisfactory site survey he along with Mr. Naveen , sales executive [mob. No. [protected]] made paper formalities [form sl. No. 135746] and collected a cheque of Rs. 1800/-[no.505170 date. 6-1-10 bank of Baroda] as three months advance rent with an assurance of connection within 48 hrs.
                                  On 8-1-10 at my third reminder he informed me that it is unsure to install the connection because of lack of infrastructure at site and he will give me final yes or no before 5 p.m. which he never did.
                                  On 9-1-10 I made a call to him but no response, bounded me to stop the payment of cheque to avoid any foul play which cost me Rs. 57/- as stop payment charges.
                                  Now is this the real performance of AIRTEL making tall claims to be the No. one efficient service provider with such irresponsible and poor performance team.
                                  May I hope to hear some words at the earliest from you for such humiliation and embarrassment by AIRTEL.

                                    I had recharge my Airtel prepaid Connection with Rs.444. The problem is that The amount is not updated into my regular a/c. I had talked to customer care and they said that try it with *123*5# number. I called and it says that your dedicated a/c balance is Rs.444 and expiry date is 1 month. I haven't opt for any dedicated a/c and never asked for any other a/c.

                                    Airtel-Prepaid connection — Prepaid balance amount expiry

                                    I wish to bring to your kind notice that I own a mobile phone with airtel-Prepaid connection. I had a balance amount of Approx. Rs.700-00. When I went to a nearby Air tel shop for recharging (bamunimaidan area, Air tel agency shop, Behind East End nursing home, Guwahati), I was told that the connection shall be valid till 3 months even without recahrge. Based on the information, I have for 15 days after completing the recharge period. Recently(after a gap of 15 days from completion of recharge period), when I went to them for recharge, I had noted that the old balance of Rs.700-00 is expired and I was told that the amount is nil.

                                    I was shocked and felt that I have been cheated by Air tel. Immediately, I spoke to 121 and requested them to arrange for the Rs.700-00 of my old balance. I was told that the information provided by their agent is not correct and accordingly the amount shall not be returned.

                                    I feel that I have been cheated by the Air tel and also the people who sit in the shop as they do not know the actual rules and regulations of the company.

                                    Hence, I wish to complaint against the Air tel and the agent (as mentioned above) that they should do the justice to me as I lose Rs.700-00 for none of my fault.

                                    I would also inform that we have been very satisfied with the Air tel's services. In fact, my husband is an extensive user of Air tel. He is also very much annoyed about the behaviour of air tel people.

                                    Airtel — duped by customer care AHMEDABAD

                                    The customer care of airtel at Ahemadabad is the worst in the country. They will speak hindi or english in full gujrati accent, hang up the phone for long periods so that customer will fed up & disconnect himself.
                                    I had very bad experience, I called them for help regarding recharge coupon they asked the Sr. No. & the
                                    secret code, then he told me that as it is on roaming it cannot be charged later when I tried the same card
                                    on another phone it said the coupon has been used. Actually that hole sold the coupon to someone.
                                    To top it they even refused to give the name of the person who attended my call on that day.
                                    I suggest Airtel to take action against the call centre or simply change it with better one.

                                    AIRTEL - MOBILE PREPAID — Refilling balance showing less calls

                                    I have Airtel (Top-up) on my Mobile No.[protected]. Yesterday i.e. 22.9.09 night my top up refilling was showing balance of Rs. 81/- but today I saw it is showing balance Rs. 50/- when I have not made any calls to anyone. Less of Rs. 31/- immediately has been deducted from my top up which I am surprised as to how Airtel Service has resorted to such wrong business practices.

                                    I request AIRTEL to verify the seriousness of the case and restore my Rs. 31/- deducted by you

                                    I am having a cell no [protected] airtel, and I used to recharge with prepaid card, and oflate it was showinga s dedicated amount, what this bloody dedicated we cannot understand, thereby when my regular balance completed I cannot able to use the phone and when I dialled the phone a slongan that you are not having enough balance is heard though I have got sufficient amount in the dedicated thereby I cannot utilise my phone when needy which is very sad thing note and was to able to utilise the phone again when I taken a prepaid card then only both the payment modes have operated.                                     on my mobile come 2 sms RC32 1p/sec so i recharge this skim but this skim r other i call to customer care but not feed back customer care & disconnect to my call so i any have 32Rc topup on my no. & urgently feed back me... my mobile no. [protected]
                                    Same has happened with me strangely I dont even understand what is dedicated account and why am I offered something I never asked for. Are these people trying to dupe customers.For Rs.444 I got balance of 4.44 that was ion the message and rest is added to dedicated account.Strange !!!. This was the message I got.

                                    i had recharged another 100 rs and all the money is getting cut from 100 rather than 444.
                                    the problem is its a month validity and is being untouched.

                                    Friends i request u to pls DO NOT go for airtel connections in future, coz they are just making customer fool and dedicating unnecessary charge without given any information about service , and one thing that is noticeable is that is when we call to Airtel Customer Care 121, they are also charging for that. i think they are not favoring to customer .

                                    i m airtel subscriber n my number is [protected](mumbai).....i recharged it with 100rs in rajasthan and got only 1 rupee......CC no 121 & 198 says my no is invalid.....:-O ...and not being connected to customer care.
                                    I have the same problem with 2 numbers, [protected], [protected] Recharged for 200Rs. each. Can you please resolve this ASAP
                                    Even my father is facing the same dedicated amount problem. His number is [protected].

                                    He had recharged his Airtel prepaid Connection with Rs.200. He had tried it with *123*4# number and it says that your dedicated a/c balance is Rs.200 and expiry date is 1 month. He hasn't chosen for any dedicated a/c and even not asked for any other a/c.

                                    PLs do consider and solve as soon as possible.
                                    Guys...even i hv the same problemm...i had recharged my account with rs 200 and i got 250 messages for free(well i was told that)...but whensoever i send a message to someoe...some 0.10 rs get deducted frm my DEDICATED ACCOUNT BALANCE...I just don"t understand this damn thing ...PLEASE HELP :(

                                    AirTel — Dedication in balance

                                    I have Received a message from Airtel about a page the contain s several games from which i can download my Favorite game but i have bot downloaded any game and i had deducted a balance of rs 94 form my mobile .

                                    When i contacted customer care it said that i have purchased several games like code warrior buzz theme Blur Racing From my mobile ( though i have not purchased anything ) .

                                    And When I went to Deactivate my gprs service then it gave me a number ( *567*2# ) to deactivate gprs service but the number activated a gprs plan of rs 18 on my mobile .

                                    When i contacted customer care again then they cut my call 4 times

                                    And in morning i received a message that i have downloaded buzz theme for which they have charged rs 30 to my phone though my phone was switched off and even my sim was out of it .

                                    Airtel — Dedicated Balance

                                    I had recharge 1000 Rupees on my prepaid mobile connection. It is not reflecting on my regular account.I called the airtel support they said it is dedicated balance we need to check on someother number, Hell, i never opted for this dedicated balance stuff. When i called them again and they conveyed it's your mistake and it's not our problem.
                                    Please look into this Dedicated balance stuff.

                                    Airtel uses in total 11 DA(dedicated a/c) for specific purposes. All the recharges are credited to one of the available DA. Normally most recharges are credited to the so-called main account. But there is no such thing as main account, it's just a replica of DA11. In other words, DA11 itself is the main account. Thus, in simple terms, most schemes credit to DA11. But nowadays schemes associated with other DA are also launched. So if balance of 444rs is credited to DA4, it means only one thing, that the scheme was designed to use DA4 and that scheme's validity(and not of DA) is 1 month. Now, based on my personal experience I can say, DA 1, 3, 7, 9, 10 are given higher priority compared to DA11. But this not the case for DA4, recently I used 10rs full-tt paper coupon which credits 6rs in DA11 and 4rs in DA4. Now my balance in DA11 is 4.94 while DA4 is untouched. DA11 must be the account with lowest priority, but DA4 has got lower priority compared to DA11 and that's cause of problem.

                                    i appriciate that government has limit the 100/day sms
                                    but airtel still selling its sms pack which cost Rs63 for 500/day sms

The amount was debited in my bank account while mobile is not showing old balance only without including latest Rs. 333/-. Where my money has gone? I want my mobile to get recharged. How do I know?                                     Dear Sir

                                    I am regular user of AIRTEL INDIA. My AIRTEL Mobile nos. are [protected] & [protected].

                                    I had recharge with 100 Rs. on 02/05/2012. I use only 1-2 calls and after few days my balance was nil. It is normally happened earlier also.
                                    When I called CUSTOMER CARE (After trying many times a day) then they told me 10 Rs. for service and nothing told more. They immediately cut the call without satisfaction.

                                    Airtel — BALANCE VALIDITY SHOWING ZERO

                                    Yesterday my balance was around Rs236 but today morning its showing Rs0.05. If i am calling airtel free call centre number no one is picking up the call, itried atleast 20 times.my mobile no is [protected].
                                    I was told that there is a balance in my dedicated account code 110 and 116 and hence what ever rate cutting recharge made by me was not becoming effective and my multiple calls to customer care was failed to throw any light as to how and by which way to exhaust my dedicated account balance.                                     One suggestion to everyone...these mobile companies try
                                    their best to make fool out of their customers...never get ur prepaid mobile phone easy recharge done without asking the dealer that which recharge gives what balance and validity...even I got my easy recharge done for rs 444 and my balance went into dedicated balance and worse is that it's validity is only for 1 month..
                                    I feel if any recharge doesn't exist then Airtel shouldn't accept it only and send the message to the retailer...
                                    And u cant connect to the customer care also...
                                    It's very pissing..
                                    We request consumer complaint center to take an action against Airtel about this..

And I got a free data usage of 1 GB without my notice ... I think Airtel has become very rich & so they are giving it ... But Airtel we are not poor enough to get all those ...                                       Hello,

                                      There are constant calls (minimum 15) and messages from this airtel number [protected]. This person is really creating troubles. This person keeps calling till you don't receive the call and use all free modes of SMS from internet to trouble other. Please track/audit the calls made by from this number to other numbers on 9-Jan[protected] PM. Its irritating. Kindly let me know how can i avoid calls and messages from this number. Airtel Service Center, you help will be truely appreciated.
