Airtel — Vodafone Customer harrassed by Airtel

Hi
I am a Vodafone customer for the last 5 years and I have never used Bharti Airtel. I am continuously getting calls from Bharti Airtel for non-payment of Bills.
I would like to complain against this harassment and would like to know what appropriate action can I take. how to make this stop
