COMPLAINT IS AS FOLLOWS
I GOT THREE MONTHS FREE ECONOMY FREE PACKAGE AT THE TIME OF
PURCHASE OF DIGITAL TV. WHICH IS EXPIRED ON[protected] SO
THAT I HAD RECHARGED WITH 175 AND GIVE THE REQUEST TO CHANGE
MY PACKAGE WITH VALUE SPORTS FROM[protected].BUT this effect
is given from[protected] and my free package channels is closed
so i will inform my vailidity of[protected] and give requet that
my package is change from[protected].
so my free package is started.But at[protected] my package is
not changed.When i call for that they told me that this package is
not changed for 1 month.
your senior Customer Executive Mr.Sameer told me that your package is changed
within 1 hour But my package is not changed.
Why should not give correct information by your customer executives.
please change my package to value sports as early as possible
and extend my validity on the basis of value sports

Airtel Digital Package was installed on 23/09/2012 (MAGNUM1M790). BEFORE INSTALLATION I TRIED MY BEST TO CHANGE PACKAGE TO MEGAPACK12M, BUT COULD NOT SUCCEED DESPITE MY E-MAILS TO AIRTEL AND REQUESTS TO CUSTOMER CARE. NOW THEY SAY YOU CAN CHANGE IT AFTER ONE MONTH AND I SAID O.K., BUT TAKE ADVANCE RIGHT NOW & COMMENCE NEW PACKAGE AFTER EXPIRY OF ONE MONTH. BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO DO IT I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH MY REQUEST. I THINK THE PERSONS AT THE CUSTOMER CARE ARE UNTRAINED & HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY JUST TRY TO PASS ON THE BUCK.

        I had a broadband connection from airtel which I discontinued two years back after paying all dues. But I kept getting calls from Airtel to pay my bills for the same number. After contacting relationship centre, one week back, I find that the number is still operational at a different address but under my credentials including Name, mobile number and email ID which is why I was still getting the mails and call from Airtel. I tried contacting the customer service but to of no avail, they say that the number or account number is not valid. The relationship centre guys tried but could not solve my problem. I tried contacting people at Airtel office in Indore but they are not available. I got calls from some advocate in Mumbai saying that a case has been filed against me for not paying bills which amounted to around 7500 INR. I hold an airtel mobile number also which has been with me for the last 4 years and never can anyone find any instance of me not paying my bills. I had always been very prompt at paying all my bills. This is classic case of identity theft that can happen to anyone. Also shows the negligence of Airtel at guarding the information of customer or verifying the addresses.

          my airtel num is (+91 - [protected])

          when i purchased a new airtel 2g simcard and activated of Rs.98/- Gprs plan i get 15-20 kbps insted of 30 kbps speed,
          but after a month again i activated this plan I am getting average speed of 2-3 kbps instead of 30 kbps here.
          i am using Nokia 6300 handset. The gprs speed is very poor. I complained customer care.
          but these persons are just showing their blank faces and also doing nothing. Is this your services.
          and i tried 3g also on this same number in sonyericssion k800i 3g handset in this 3g plan also i am getting 15-18 kpbs instead of 3.6 mbps
          day by day the speed is decreasing.
          there is a average grps speed in 2g is 30 kbps, and in 3g 3.6 kbps. then why you people giving 2-3 kbps in 2g and 15-18 kbps in 3g.


          i hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible

              hi this is manikandan

              AIRTEL customer support is very poor. they did not give a message when they change the booster plan. the always change the benefits of the plan. if they are change the benefits means they have to inform the customer. but they are not.

              before the plan is 39 with the benefit of 4000 local and national sms free and 0 talktime. that was the good plan. but now the plan is 52. 100 local/national sms per day.

              since they did not intimate the change of benefits for the plan 39. that is for 39 booster pack we can send only local sms.
              i lost my money rs.39.
              so very poor customer support.

                I am user of airtel mobile network.From last three months a service AIRTEL BLOG activates in auto without my knowladge and an amount of Rs 10 get deducted from balance amount.I talked to customer care service regarding said problem,they told me that i have activated this service but i never did it.Till now compny have incurred a loss of Rs 30 to me on monthly basis. I request you to take appropriate action against airtel so that in future nobody has to suffer because o[censored]nproffesional attitude.my mobile no is [protected]

                  i have made an request to PORT my connection on 20.07.2011 from AIRTEL to some other company. on 23.07.2011 airtel representative called me and requested me not to port any where.......he also offered some benefits to continue with the company but when i received my bill for August'2011 i was shocked to see that the commitments were fake and no benefit is given to me. i wrote an mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com but they are just wasting my time and their also....an absolutely new person is replying my mails and after every 3rd mail the new person is again asking the entire story from the beginning.

                  i think this company is now expert in making fake commitments and they do not want to retain their existing customers..

                        It is very disgusting from your part that you have very Irresponsible Sale team leader who firstly make False commitment than never responds.
                        In my case I applied & paid advance for net connection SURF 699 vide CEF No 2713984dt. 19/09/2011. I was promised that I would have Net connection up to 26/09/2011. As being a Chartered Accountant we have to file ereturns of Tax audit up to 30/9/2011. But till today despite hundreds call Mr. Soumya Ranjan Parida never attended my call. For this false commitment I had to suffer a lot and I lost my hours in cyber café to file returns.
                        It is Shameful that Sales personnel make commitments to sale products / services they don’t bother the reputation of the company or The company itself trains the people to do so but in my case please don’t think that I will left the matter so easy .

                          I am one of esteemed airtel prepaid customer (Mobile No: [protected]) Since last 5 years. From last few days frequently i am getting messages showing that "You have been renewed for Thebigfatfreestore subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.5/-. Latest games http://httpgclub.in browsing charges @10p/10kb." .

                          Messages are coming from AD -54321.

                          The above mentioned messages come on three days ie.., 21st sep,2011, 22nd sep 2011 & 30 Sep 2011. inturn i have lost Rs.15/- from my balance which was unauthorized.

                          This reflects very badly on Airtel. So unsubscribe me from that service and refund the amount which i have lost at the earliest.

                          airtel youth pack — unauthorised charges deduction

                          unauthorised deduction of charges between 12 noon to 5pm on aitel youth pack on airtel to airtel local wid 0.75 paise.plz solve this problem ([protected]) is my mobile number

                          It is not fair to renew any services which was also started without any proper consent. Now repeatedly the services of Friend Chat is being renewed. Even to my surprise, the account balance was also made negative in one case wen there was not sufficient balance. It would have been better if I would discontinue the service then itself. Again the chat service has been renewed & the previous negative balance was adjusted when it was topped up.
                          Very very disgusting & cheating. If my money on this account is not being refunded & stop further renewal I will go to consumer court.

                          AirTel — Unauthorized Balance deducted for airtel internet account

                          Hi,
                          I have recently opted for AIRTEL datacard internet facility (with unlimited access plan of monthly rental Rs.999) and within a span of 1.5 months I saw my bills to be crossing Rs.3000 plus. I had called airtel customer service and went tAirtel office as well number of times but there seems to least importance to my concerns apart from that they don't even notifed me in any of the actions taken by them like disconnecting my service without notifying and increasing in the bill amount. After long time I came to know that for my connection the Airtel LIVE was activated which I didn't opted for at all and even after unsubscribing it they are still charging on my account and bill balance seems to be increasing day by day.I am attaching a snapshot of the messages that got dowloaded which I was not aware of and the rates are too high for each download and subscription which don't even want. Even after repeatedly calling the Airtel Customer service the issue is not resolved and as of today its becoming a headache for me and big question mark why I opted for AIRTEL. Today I saw in this forum many people like me facing the same issue, please let us know how can we file a consumer court case for this because this is really painfull and wastage of time.

                          Please help with any information that could resolve problems of thousand of peoples cribbing for AIRTEL issues.

                          Airtel mobile service-prepaid — Unauthorised deduction against WAP MODEL pack service

                          My Mobile No. is [protected]. On 21/11/2009 I received a SMS from No. 54321 that I have been renewed for subwapmodel subscription service from Airtel and charged Rs.10. I got anotrher message from No.58888 that my Sub Model will be renewed on 24/11/2009 and to Unsub click here hrrp://203.19998.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=526
                          I immediately sent a messeage on to 54321 that I have never asked for it and this must be stopped immediately and there should be no renewal. I also tired the URL given above on the net through computer but it sqid that this is an nunknown No..
                          Today(25/11/09), from No.58888, I have been congratulated for my WAP MODEL pack service been successfully renewed.
                          I request you to immediately stop this unauthorised service and refund the money deducted against these.
                          I earnestly hope that this will get your immediate attention and the problem resolved forthwith.

                          Airtel is the biggest fraudulent profit maker in the market. They are unethically enganged in unauthorized balance deduction from pre-paid customers. Never ask for cash deduction confirmation for third party services in their network.

                          On March 27, 2011 @ 9:48AM, I was browsing through their Airtel Live and just by clicking on download Videos link at one place Airtel made me loose Rs 99 from my balance. I don't have any clue for what this was deducted. And on being asked by Dumb Airtel Customer Care Executive, I was told that it is for fee jokes smses. That foolish Executive couldn't provide satisfactory answer to my query and without intimation cut my phone.

                          Just to run away from their jobs, they have started new policy for Customer Care. Customer can make only three calls in 24 hrs after that they are blocked for next 24 hrs. This proves worst Customer support by Airtel.

                          If concerned department is reading this mail, I request to take stringent action against Airtel for practicing such fraudulent activities.

                          One of my client informed me yester-day i.e. on 01/04/2012 that my number is being used by some other person

                          When i woke up on 17th Feb Mrng i was amazed to find two messages stating "Thanks for downloading Fashion Show content from ou have been charged Rs.5". When i tried to get clarification from the customer care my call was disconnected for three times ststing incomplete informations and in the fourth attempt they said you have browsed through some content on WAP and so you have been charged. But i have GPRS pack activated in my mobile and it has data balance and validity. Even though my mobile GPRS active 24*7 only mail and other contents will be on sync. How come my mobile can download some Fashion content automatically. The only answer i received was you have downloaded some content and nothing more. The customer care people are treating customers like . I even spoke to the floor supervisor named Vanathi...but that was even worse. For regaining my 10 Rs i need to spend another 10 rs in call and nearly 30 minutes of my time was taken for this. Kindly request you to look into the same.

                          Am Dr Sajo Elamattom using airtel SIM.. today airtel communications deducted 85 rupees and they sent a message that I hve activated airtel video pack.. and is without any request from my side.. and I called customer service and they gave me its a push back one time chargeable programm and without my request how they activated this request I dnt. And the customer service without giving any proper answer kept phone.. I just want my money back. Previously I hve ignored small deduction but it was a huge loss for me.. I need my money back...

                            My blackberry plan of Rs 399 was deactivated without any remainder from airtel. Even after following all the procedures and Rs 399 deducted from my account for reactivation, my plan still remains suspended. Customer care executives seems to be inexperienced regarding grievance redressal as all the deadlines of 4 hrs and 24 hrs have lapsed. I also tried to contact nodal officer o[censored]P(W) circle but mobile no is not responding and no response of any email regarding my complaint.
                            I agree regarding the fact that airtel has pathetic customer service. Even all the telecom service providers are running their business on outsourcing and logo value.
                            Thanks Airtel...my grievance has been addressed.

                              We are using Airtel postpaid CUG plan...since many months we have complained regarding network problem in our area...but company gives fake promises and gives a call most probably everyday that we will solve d problem since last 5 months but uptil now its not solved.we have complaine 999 times at bhavnagar office and mailed upto nodal desk but no positive response from such a company just fake promises nothing else...

                                Today morning around 8:30 am I received a blank call from [protected]. When i called back on the same number, Person pick the phone and told me that he is calling from Mumbai Airtel office and your number won the 25 lacks. to get this amount you need to check the number on the back side of sim it that match with the number (provided by the caller) then call us on the same number. I don't wish to receive any anonymous call like this in future. So, I request you to take my complaint and I appeal a quick response.

                                Could you please let us know how they peopple get to know the back side number of my sim card ?

                                    My name is Rakesh Vij & I am using Airtel Land line no.[protected] at my garment showroom in Dr Mukherjee Nagar which is connected with Credit/Debit card swipe machine. Since 7th Sep'11 above mentioned land line is dead for which first complaint was registered at your customer care no. 44444198 on 8th Sep'11 morning. I was not given any complaint no. but was informed that phone will be operational by evening same day but nothing happened & phone was not repaired.

                                    After that, on 9th Sep'11 morning, when I inquired about the complaint booked on 8th Sept'11, I was shocked to hear that no complaint has been booked for above mentioned landline on previous day & fresh complaint was lodged. This time I had to request repeatedly & forcefully for getting complain no. 3793652. Since then I am trying almost daily for repair of land line but all the complaints requested on 10th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 17th, 20th, 21st, 23rd & 24th Sept has fallen to deaf ears & my phone line is dead from 7th Sep'11 till date. Above all, I have been charged Rs 10 to 25 for each call I made to Airtel customer care.
                                    As informed you earlier that this landline is connected to Card Swipe Machine, I am loosing the sale of Rs 25,000 daily since customer in unable to use their Credit/Debit card.

                                    Inspite of repeated follow-ups at Airtel customer care, their nodel office & appeallate office in Delhi, no action has been taken for repairing of landline & compensation occured towards sale loss of more than 5 lakhs.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I want to mention that due to false assurance and information by Airtel DTH call center, I faced a lot of hardship initially, which made me lose one work day due to false promise of installation the next day if I book immediately online.

                                      However, I must say, I received the Airtel DTH product today and was installed as well and working properly, thank God !! However, the persons who came to install were never aware about the next day installation as they had received the order yesterday evening. So false committment created a lot o[censored]nnecessary stress and tension.

                                      If really any Airtel personnel is reading this, I would request them that they need to ensure that customers are not being unnecessarily taken for a ride by call center at the time of purchase/enquiry. We do appreciate true facts.

                                      Rest assured, the picture quality and after-service locally was good. And I hope it remains the same all throughout its usage. I thank the support team who called up after numerous complaints and mails and ensured my order was processed duly in their actual stipulated time.

                                        Hello,

                                        I am Navin Kumar Bhairi, My cellphone number is[protected]. I raised a complaint against poor signal problem due to which I am loosing my business and work every day from last months time.

                                        I raised a complaint on this on 15th of this month and they told me that they will resolve it on 26th-October exactly before 11.29 am (this part is really funny). However they didnt resolve this problem and they didnt even communicated this to me.

                                        After I have escalated this call to a person named (Shravanthi), She told she will resolve it by 48 working days. I called exactly 24 hrs after and They were telling me that they will resolve it after 5 days.

                                        One important thing I have to mention here is 'I WAS CALLING ALL THIS TIME'. they didn't even communicate with me of all these things.

                                        Now I will have to see how will they resolve my problem. I loose money due to business related calls. I will have to go all the way out of this street to make a call. Not sure what I will have to do when it is raining.

                                        Thank you for this email. This is what I always worried. Each time I raise a complaint Airtel re initiates from there( That day). I said, I raised a complaint 15th, 26th, 27th and 29th...now you took this last date and you will say from this day the complaint started.

                                        Today is 1st, I would like to say I suffered from last one and half month with this problem. I am facing it still.
                                        Nobody called me till now about the update.

                                        I am not happy with your (Airtel resolution team) who has to at least update me.

                                        I would like to see till this Monday. Because you wont be happy about what I do and what I write here.
                                        Because I already had lost so much money just because of this.

                                        I would like to tell you that, 'THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED' and I wont call you to your number(121) anymore because I know how it works. I am not happy with the Airtel customer service how ever they really really talk good. Which is useless to me.

                                        I want to reconfirm you that the problem is not at all resolved. I don't on what basis you confirmed it.

                                        I didn't call to your 121 because I know how it works. In what way will you repay my business.
