My name is Hinaben and i m using airtel sim card, previously when i recharge by 100 rs. i was getting 85 rupees as talk time and 15 rs. was deducted as service fee. I got a new Airtel connection on 25th Sept' 2010 i.e. last year. My modem has now gone bust - complained at 198 on Saturday 20th Aug' 2011 but the problem is not resolved.
