All of above, Mr Yogesh (from Koregaon, Pune/ Mob # [protected]) visited & inspected (around 1500 Hrs) (he is the third person who had visited & inspected)
the faulty product. He stating that there is minor fault which he repaired but, I am
not yet satisfied as how new product got damaged & have faults and why I have to accept faulty product ?

Due to the faulty product, i am getting lot of troubles by making calls from one place
to another as well as increasing tension & waste of time before getting the ACQUSURE WATER.

You are therefore, kindly replace new one at the earliest.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER SYMPATHETICALLY & REVERT BACK WITH GREAT SOLUTION

Dear Sir,

I, the undersigned, had purchased "Acqusure Elegant RO" from Amico Agencies, Dapodi, Pune (Mob # [protected] & LL #[protected]
on 03 Jul 2012 vide bill number 38485.

Now, the below problems raised after purchasing the above said product :-

(a) The dealer have not provided free home delivery even after purchasing of RO, LG washing machine & Whirlpool Fridge.

(b) The dealer have not provided exact contact number of customercare/helpline.

(c) After getting contact number, a representative Mr Vilas (Mob # [protected]) visited & inspected on 12 Jul 2012 and declared that
there was leakage in motor and lid (back & upper side) misaligned. He also told that customer have to contact the dealer who is only make
necessary arrangement for change of RO unit.

(d) On the spot, i had contacted Amico Agencies by stating the above said problems, but he denied & directed me to get help from customercare/
helpline instead of providing best services.

(e) I had contacted "[protected]" and technician from Nigdi, Pune visited & inspected the unit and he had also declared the above said
problems of the faulty product. As far as, he also advised me to contact the dealer for change of faulty RO products.

(f) I had again contacted the dealer with concall of technician (Nigdi, Pune) mean while the dealer accept his fault and promised to provide
new RO after few days. I am reminding the dealer for the same from time to time but he failed to provide new RO till date & time.

Now, it is very painful to my all family members even after purchasing RO costly unit and not getting best & speedy services from all.

Please provide necessary solution at the earliest to avoid tension/harrassment free atmosphere at all level.

Therefore you are kindly requested to please...please help provide guidance.
