Sir,

I ordered Reebok shoe thro online with Bagittoday,My order no.OGA[protected] dt.22.5.10. They suppose to send with in 3 - 4 weeks but they sent only after 6 weeks and they have not sent free gift of Reebok sunglass, they sent reebok watch only. Regarding this i tried them many time over phone but they are not responding. I sent e mail then one mr.kusum sent reply and assured that it will take few days to solve this problem but till date i am not yet received the sun glasses. Kindly take my request as a complaint ans solve this problem as early as possible. I hereby given below our corresponding thro mail for your reference and purchase details also thre.

Further your reply on 8.7.10, since i am not yet received Reebok sunglass till today. I dont know what is happening in your side. You just mail me is it possible to send me or not which is enough to do further action.

My order no.OGA[protected] dt.22.5.10. After long time, the parcel delivered by courier, only day before yesterday (5.7.10). When we open the parcel we were shocked that you didn't sent Reebok sunglasses. You mentioned in your invoice itself only shoes and watch, what about sunglass. I already call and inform your customer care, they said we will see your order and if the items is included definitely will send with 10 days.
