Myself Sucheta Chavan,Policy No. [protected]. I paid 3rd premium in july 09 but till date not recd the receipt of the same.Mail the same as soon as possible.

I bought a life insurance policy and pasid the whole money of 40, 00 and it has been decusted from my bank account but even after 2 months I have not received the receipt.

Paid on 21st june
Courier no : ET[protected]IN

The response of the concerned person is so bad and they are not telling me where my policy is.Always when i call they just take my mobile no saying that they will get back to me but even after 2 months they have not got time to tell me something.

Now I just want to surrender my policy and get my money back.Can someone tell me how to do it?

We have paid renewal premium amount of Rs:18000/- each to my Policy No:[protected](BIKRAM KESHARI PRADHAN) for Rs.12000/- & [protected](SUGAMINI PRADHAN) for Rs.6000/- and master policy No-[protected]for housing insurance in Central Bank of India, OMP Square Branch, Cuttack, Odisha last December'2014. My Housing Loan No-[protected] and our current account No.[protected]. But same amount (Rs.18000/-) was deducted our account and deposited renewal premium. But renewal premium receipt not received till date. The branch also has not coporate for finding the receipt. We shall be very happy if you will lookinto this matter and send the receipt for both Policies to me address & it is urgent:
