My first request is kindly call any of these phone number to book a gas044 25323264 / 25324905 / 65287775
Agent Dhanalakshmi Gas Agency
If you try for three days you will really understand how many consumer like me facing problem to book.
Speak or make some query to them you will find how they react or answer.
Any request just tell you will complaint to higher authority, you will find good answer. Pls try all this as a customer and you will really find what response a customer get with your agent.

Come and visit at the agents place wait as a common man for one hour
you will come to know many more things

I saw phone calls are ringing and without any attention the staff chatting over phone.

Suggession:
At the time of delivery of cylinder, If the house is locked. Stick a sticker or leave a note.
How will we know the cylinder person came for delivery when not at home.
Pls organize it is simple.
And customer may call and fix time for delivery or he may take self delivery.

if One dealer is handling more than 500 customers, i feel first he should organize himself (his setup) to handle 1000 customers

So that we all will never suffer.

dealer not responding - Bharat Gas

your dealer,Rathi gas,faridabad-sector-37 is not responding properly and sometimes does not even attend phone.aslo gas cylinder delivered has 7-8 kg's of gas less.
he insists that we can't take more than one cylinder per connection even if we get two cylinders so we have to get gas refilled from black maket.i suspect he is black marketing the cylinder that comes for consumers.you need to chk it as lot of people are facing problems.

Paying full for poor service - Bharat Gas

But i wanted to know that what happened to my application it is in process or it has been rejected, if it has been rejected then on which basis it has been rejected?,

The bharat gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking.
here,we had booked our cylinder for home-delivery on 05/01/2008 at 9.0 a.m. but we have not received the delivery to till date. yeasterday day night our cylinder have been empty . we have no another fill cylinder.
Second thing the agency telephone no. generally not responding to customer and mobile phone always switched off.

Agent Saubhagya Gas Agency. After 2 or three hours countiniuos call then they receive phone call.
If you try for three days you will really understand how many consumer like me facing problem to book a gas.

We didn't get last months Gas, even after due booking, just because we happened to be elsewhere and the door was locked when the delivery van came, abot the arrival of which there is no definite reason or rhyme.
 

NO SERVICE - Bharat Gas

Helo Sir,
As i sent few complaints YOU are not responded.
As i mentioned in my previous in our area we are not receiving even after 15 days of booking. And even I received vauge responses from the agent and the other boys working in your Bharat gas agency.
Its very unfortunate to be the situation like this and please its my final request to you that change the agent in my area to avoide further consequnses.
And I am ready to take the agency in my area.

I have a similar complain that the bharat gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking, while, we had booked our cylinder on 01/01/2008 which we have not received till date. We have no another fill cylinder. Also, the agency generally doesnt responds to customer. The agent is Saubhagya Gas Agency. I think that many consumers like me are facing problem to book a gas. Request you to take necessary action as soon as possible.

EVEN IN EMERGENCY NO ONE IS PICKING UP THE PHONE
 
sir,

i could like to know how long shuld i wait for a new connection in vasai. i live in vasai.and this area the new connection have been stop since 1 and half months now.and how long will it take to... etc
 
I face lot of problem to get a full commerical gas for our company M/s Suraj Diamonds And Jewellery Ltd. Csez, Kakkanad Cochin -37. We have to call a number of time and wait for a week to get a full cyclinder. Its very bad level of service. I herby request the Gas agency M/s Pooja Gas to supply the gas in proper time period.
 
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been requested for the new connection in SHANTI GAS AGENCY, Gurgaon (a Bharat Gas agency), they promised me, once inspection done then the very next day Regulator and cylinder will deliver to you, but after the inspection it didn’t, when I inquired, got the information new connections has been terminated for some time. After that all of these kind of stuff on news, but media announced the new connection or open by an order. But till date I didn’t get it. Now when ever I inquired, got the prerecorded message “confirm after 3-4 days”. Please advice where I will get the connection.
I am just shifted to Gurgaon and have no Gas.
My neighbor’s helping me but how long they can support me?
 
Here M/S Tejas Gas Dealer of Bharat Gas Jalna (MH)-431203
takes every refill booking 10 rs extra as small hairoil, Soap, Agarbatti etc FMCG sales product and ask to consumers of Bharat Gas that by forcely u will buy this product then we will book your gas either we will not give u gas.
Although i m ready to pay money in change 336 rs but he refused to give gas and computer generated reciept teared and cut entry in Pass Book of Gas dated 19/6/2008.

so from this complain take strict action on this delaer and ask to not selling general store goods with bharat gas cylinders.

Response - Bharat Gas

Dear Team

This is Inform that I had booked the Cylinder on 13th of July 2008 when I booked they said that this will be delivered with in 3 days of the booking. But after days when I called the Madam Enterprises I spoken one female Name Pooja this really a non sense type of Responses got from this Female as she is giving the gas on free of cost and bring from her home and again I tried to call the Manage of the This Enterprises the No which is given is not Reachable and again to call the Main Office in Bangalore that is M G road Office the Both No is just ringing no body in the office took the phone

This is way to respond to Customer Quires I Request to Top Officials to take the Necessary actions from this (IF THEY HAVE THE POWER IN THEIR HAND) and really they want service the Customers

I have to say that we are custumer of "Bharat gas agencies, lajpat nagar, Moradabad-244001" & our consumer No.19470.we have not get gas in a time. we have reminding him many times after booking that please delivered us gas but we can not get. we have not get gas which is booking on 24-7-2008 till yet after that we reminding seven times but there is no result.the employee said that we send today or tomorrow but there is no sending.
we have get last gas on 28-6-2008 . our area suplier "Mr WASEEM" blaking gas openly, we inform to agency about it but the distributer do not take any action about this matter because they are also involve in gas blaking.
so, I request you to take a serious action against "Bristo Gas Agency, Lajpat Nagar, Moradabad-244001 ".

GAs not delivered after booking - Low Flame Gas agency

My consumer number is K13792 and i have booked my gas on 5th september but till date ...12th Sept my gas is not delivered to my address
 

Poor Gas service - Bharat Gas

Hi,

We are using the Gas Connection since from 1985 with two Nos of Cylinders with Sree Venteswara Ageny in Vellore Dist.

Since there Office Nos are Not Engage while we call is Going ON On On On On nobody is picking we go ask directly means they are receiving only but iam seeing that Phones ring is ringing only in front of all Customers, and also they shouting the CUstomers no proper response and Respect from YOUR Agency.

Today We faced one problem that We fixed the new Cylinder but it is Leaking we Keep on trying the Agency for 2 hrs they are Picking the Call
What we have to do better to have Another Company gas or ur changing the Agency? i want Reply but it should helpful for all the Customers

Poor Complaint response - Bharat Gas

I have lodged complaint on 21st Septemebr 2008 my ticket no is "V000001515". Your officer visited on 23rd Septemeber at my place & I had furnished all the details to him. But till today I have not recieved any reply or solution on the same from your side.

You are kindly requested to look into the matter & reply as soon as possible.

Now Good News for Bharat Gas Users

Now Bharat Gas was started Hose Making for domestic LPG gas, and marketing also, you have to appreciate and purchase by force otherwise they are disconnect you cylinder, this is for our safety if you want to cook well and pay 250 or 300 rupees.

For that they are sending Inspectors, who are not an engineer, they don’t know what is hose and its parameters? But still they are sealing and inspecting, policy is they are targeted to Housewife and always visits on afternoon duration. So be aware and ready for force deal.

In my House we are using ISI mark Gas pipe, and the Bharat gas representative says this pipe is not valid,
Local dealers are not ready to disclose his name and not ready to cooperate with you, kindly let me what action I have to take.

Please send me answer if you have any altornat.

My Action:

I given in return; that we are using ISI mark tube and in future when we required or need to change we are going for your recomendation, till the time we are taking all the responciblity on our self, .
