[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — delay in delivery of lpg gas

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 27667 in the name of Bhim Sain Sharma on dt.[protected] but till today on[protected] I have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor M/s Satish & Company, , G-2, Hauz Khas, New Delhi Staff of the M/s Satish & Company saying that tomorrow they will despatch us. When tomorrow will come don't know.

I had Booked for the Gas cylinder on dt. 22/02/2010 but yet today on 27/02/2010 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of Chitra Gas Agency, Noida Sector-57 Noida and Distributor's name of Mr. Shakur.
and Shakur is very theif and very late do distibute gas.

Then please take action to Mr. Shakur and Chitra Gas Agency.

Bharat Gas — Booking and dlivery

Gas Agenciy's bill date and dlivery date is very defrent I saw the booked cylinder use sales man for blackmail and dliver to the costomer whithen 15 days Sales man recive the booked cylinder after 1 or 2 day
I said to the company the bill date match from dlivery date or booking time provide by Agenciy from bill date

iam old customer of bharat lpg but i have facing some problem for delvary of cylender in now days, my consumer id 17206 now a days this services is not good now the delevary date is going vary high we are waithing more than 15 or 20 days. so plese concern this issue and try to resolove it as early as posible, for this act of kindness we are highly obliged to you

dear sir,

i had booked for refiling of LPG cylinder..my consumer no. 9904 in the name of k.subramaniyam..in the date on[protected] and till now today[protected]. i didnt received any cylinder from them.Even i made so many calls to them [there number is 25735233] but i didnt got proper reply from them and even my cylinders are got over .

they are not delivering lpg at right time. it's very difficult to me and my family... its every month problem for me to get LPG cylinder.

so kindly take action on this issue.

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 25729 in the name of Deepak kumar but till today cylinder have not recieved. I have been calling the distributor but they only assure that only two or three days, cylinder will reachee in your residence. but nothing is done till today. many of the customers are complaining about this. They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. I am suffering a lot beacuse 1st is finished 2nd not delivered.
I request to you look into this matter and solve this with emmediate effect.Kindly help me as soon as possible.

Bharat Gas - New Delhi — Delay in Gas delivery and Rude customer service

We called the gas service twice on 02/23 to get the gas on time . Its been 3 weeks and they have not delivered the gas yet. Each time we call they say its coming today . We have also visited the station twice but all in vain.

Is anyone even noticing the complaints against this agency? This is outrageous

i have booked Gas Connect no. 16211 dtd 2.3.2010 but it is not being deliverd yet

i booked my gas on 22 feb 2010 and today is 09 march 2010 but i could not get my gas cylinder, gas agency name is shiv shakti gas indira vikas colony and my consumer no is 17633, this number is issued to my mother name smt. ramwati, i m facing this problem last three years, but problem is same, i have complained many time consumer care of bharat gas but no good response, second problem they do not receive telephone call,

This is to inform that the Bharat Gas service at Boisar area is very poor. Kindly look into the matter urgently as several people are facing problems of Bharat Gas Service including myself. Gas personnel is not at all seen in most of the Boisar area. I am using Bharat Gas for the last 38 years. I have not faced any problem till now, but in Boisar area, the service personnel are not seen anywhere.



The HP service seems to be ok in Boisar and Bharat Gas personnel should learn from them.

problem facing last three year, we get our gas cylinder after fifteen days when we complain to consumer care
second problem: they do not receive telephone
agencey owner managment is very bad so please take necessary step against this gas agency, many consumer are facing these problems

R & D Consumers co -op. Socciety, Boys Battalian, Aundh, Pune 411 007 is the gas agencies name, the employees of this agency are not attending phone booking and not resposing on phone for delivering gas cylinder. This is the long back problem . Thers is no shortage of gas supply but they are taking more days for delivering gas cylinders.Kindly take necessary action for the same. Thanks.

have book refill cylinder on 26/02/2010 from the agency SHAHGANJ GAS AGENCY a dealer of Bharat Gas. I was assured delivery after two or three days but still date i.e 10/03/2010 i have not yet recived the delivery,

As there is so much of froud in selling the refilled cylinder in Black in market.
As such agency has the stock to sell in Black Market kindly look this is an serious issue.
the phone calls in last two days on Ph.[protected]. This phone lines are either busy or ringing continuously. That means this officials are not working effectively. Kindly take the serious action and do something for common people..

plz tell me about cylinder deliverd after booking

Today my gas stove started giving a flame of 4 feet. It was a case of faulty regulator which has gone direct. Surprisingly there there is no way one can lodge a complaint about this to Bharat Gas even through the site of www.ebharatgas.com. A major accident has been narrowly escaped and we can not complaint about this.
