Sir my mobile no [protected] outgoing calls are closed[protected] reason payment is pending. Contact airtel zonal office but not souprt to me not a return & mail my outgoing calls discounts reason is payment pending. But payment is not a pending my self last payment deposit [protected] cheque no 374424 O.B.C. BANK RAJPUR ROAD DEHRADUN. RECIPT NO 1253889 all read return notic[protected] 1. My self Anubha Prasad working reliance group Co. My Airtel Mob No is [protected].I got new postpaid connection of airtel from my compeny & that SIM card has activated on 14th may 09.But i started using same card on 24th may 09.Inbetween i didn't make any outgoing calls so my outgoing call & SMS service disconnect on 25th may 09.
From 25th may to 28th may 09 i made 8 calls to AIRTEL costumer care & always i got same reply that "You SIM card will activate within the next 24 hours.but still i can't make outgoing calls or SMS.On 27may 09 at 12.30am i had word with Mr Kishor (Supervisor), As per kishor he was going to activate my SIM card with in 24 hours but when i made call to kishor after 24 hours he was not available some another kishor was there.

Let me tell the fact to the new users who would like to take a mobile connection from Airtel- Airtel is a very hopeless service provider, I am struggling and wasting my time and no one out of airtel is able to help me. When I calls airtel customer care number-[protected], I am getting funny answer- This service is not available please call after some time, and its not automated voice, it is being told by customer care executive.
I am also going to consumer forum to launch complaint against Airtel.
