[Resolved] Blazeflash Courier — Consignment not delivered | |
Hi, I sended a local courier through Blazeflash courier on dated 22/05/2012 via Consignment POD No.[protected]. Courier booking place was ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd, B-9 Sec 16, Noida, Destination was at New Delhi. Surprising thing is that today almost 13 days has been passed away but neither the courier has been delivered to destination nor the same has got returned back… There were some important documents inside the consignment and were necessary to delivered within TAT described by Blazeflash Courier. Due to this negligency I had to bear the losses in monetary terms. Even after the continue followup with courier company, neither the courier got delivered nor the same has been returned back. I had also addressed the complain for same issue to the Blazeflash customer support but haven't got even any response from their side... This is really not acceptable that my courier(cons.no:[protected] has reached Mumbai on 2nd but yet not delivered on my address.

my friends had sent a parcel from dehli from ur courier services on condition that it will reach in 3 days.It has now been 6 days n the parcel is still not reached.its n important parcel n we need it as quickly as posible.
news like it has ben stuck somewhere near ur kandivali branch.please look in 2 the matter seriosly.my parcel no is[protected].
waiting for a quick n favorable reply...

i have sent rakhi by your courier on 3-08-09 .from gwalior to new mumbai.which has not yet received.this is sad, i am really feeling bad about this as it has not received on the auspicous day of rakhi as commited by your courier people here .i will never ever use such an unreliable courier service.

Not a single phone number is picked by the person of your respected offices.Also once on call they have given the complaint no. R747 for the consignment No.[protected], but there's no response from the customer care no. which they had given for further assistance.
Also there's no status shown on your site for the consignment.This the third time my courier hasn't reached on time. please go through my complaint and do let me know about this.

I totally agree with you.I have sent a parcel[protected] days back & still havent been delivered.The customer care people are rude & useless & i wasted more money on STD calling to these people than on the actual parcel..im never using this courier service again..
I sent s courier {doc no[protected]} from Pune to Amritsar but still havent been delivered.I was told it will be delivered in 3-4 day's.The recieving party in Amritsar have lost hope that it will be delivered.Strict action is required to make these people uunderstand how much trouble these people cause by their actions as some couriers are very important..

Blazeflash Courier Company — Till date not received your courier
I had sent a courier from Gauhati to Delhi dated 11.07.09 .but it will not reached there till 25-08-09 .My POD No.[protected] and this courier company status is not up-to-date. and customer care they didn't respond. even i sent many mails to this company head office manager but they didn't respond e-mail id is : <[protected]@blazeflash.com>, <[protected]@blazeflash.com>, [protected]@blazeflash.com, [protected]@blazeflash.com.So Please tell me what i do?

dear Sir,I have sent an urgent letter to Ranchi on 19/08 from Delhi. Docket no[protected].Your tracking shows sent from Patna to Ranchi on 20/08. Then it shows taken for delivery on 25/08. After that no info if it has been delivered. Does it take 4 days for sorting (21/08 to 25/08 ) and taken for delivery and the tel no written in the tracking when dialled says pl check the no you have dialled.
If it takes so long to deliver then even you can put a stamp of 5 rs and leave rest to faith.
