Broadband — broadband plan & bill enquiry

i want get in touch with my plan & terriff of broadband plan that i am using at the current status
i am unable to find how much rent i have to pay for a perticular period & what is the current status of my bill & broadband usage
during the last 3-4 month i have pay much more due to this problem

pls reply my solution as soon as possible.
