Broadband — You broadband worst, worst, worst service

Worst, worst, worst service !!!!!!!

I took a connection (customer ID : 686832) from you broadband on 10th june by paying 3 months of the prior advance and I hardly use net only at weekends. From the day I took it I was facing frequent disconnection problem, eventhough a new modem was given.
On 1st july I was unable to connect after my continuous effort and lodged a complaint on 10th july. On 11th 4 executives came and checked and they suspected there might be the problem with the modem and they took it promising they would replace it on the same day.

Till now, I have been calling the customer care everyday and the call would take atleast 30 minutes for them to know about the entire scenario, wasting all the money, they kept on promising it will be done in 24 hours and till now the time has not come.

They even say that they dont have any problem, when I spoke about the consumer forum / Complaints and I can very well do that.

I tried to contact the nodal officer, for which they say he is on a leave and never connect. Iam now requesting to do justice for my own money from them.Till now no one is bothered to call and rectify.

So guyz, please don't go for this service and loose the money and become a sufferer, just like me.
