Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of Tuntun Poddar vide connection no. K.No.: 2630 J767 1973 and CRN No.: [protected] R/o Plot no. 20, Khasra No. 61/11, Gali no.-10, Jai Vihar Extn. Phase-III, Nangloi, New Delhi-110041. We received the electricity bill for the period of 24.07.2008 to 23.09.2008 and I got shocked when I saw the bill i.e. for Rs 1, 530.00. Since the time the meter was installed we never got the such big bill. Last bill, which I was paid for the month of June and July 2008 was for Rs. 150/-. This is excess billing is done due to not proper reading taken by the executive authorized for this area. Amount billed for 555 units which was consumed from the March 2008. But all the units consumed shown in this above period and bill charged at higher rate of Rs. 3.95 per unit. I am domestic consumer and my electric consumption is very low. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the bill so that I can able to make the payment immediately.

a illigal tailor shop is running in our D D A residentiol area, this shop is creating problem day by day, from morning to night 12AM, WE are facing noise pollution.ELECTRICITY IS VERY PRECIOUS but this tailor using domestic connection as commercial, at night also he works there on the swing machine.this shops address is FLAT NO 399, POCKET 5 MAYUR VIHAR PHASE 1.

I would like to inform you that raised bill from 28.07.12 to 04.10.12 against bill no.[protected] Is not raised as per Tariff structure. Bill has been raised just for 507 units in @ Rs.4.80/unit, however it should be raised as 0-200 units @ Rs. 3.7/unit, 0-400 units @Rs. 4.8/unit etc. as mentioned below bill page. Bill photocopy has been enclosed for your reference. Kindly correct the bill as per tariff structure that will effect total bill amount. Your immediate response will help to solve the amount variation problem.

This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of Tuntun Poddar vide connection no.Meter no.22929352and CRN No.: [protected] gurdish kaur, gurdev plot no.45 A (SF) OM VIHAR UTTAM NAGAR WEST MAHESH VIHAR PHAS-2, MANDIR, New Delhi-110041. We received the electricity bill for the period of 05.07.2012 to 04.09.2012 and I got shocked when I saw the bill i.e. for Rs 3, 930.00. Since the time the meter was installed we never got the such big bill. Last bill, which I was paid for the month of MAY and July 2012 was for Rs. 800/-. This is excess billing is done due to not proper reading taken by the executive authorized for this area. Amount billed for 548 units which was consumed from the SEP 2012. But all the units consumed shown in this above period and bill charged at higher rate of Rs. 4.80 per unit. I am domestic consumer and my electric consumption is very low. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the bill so that I can able to make the payment immediately.

Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the Complaint against electricity bill. The
above meter is in the name of Smt.Kushma Rana connection CA No.:
[protected], FF, K-2, 205, SANGAM VIHAR NEW DELHI(110062)

We are facing the issue that, in one cycle we received a bill of
100-200 Rps & in next cycle we received bill of[protected] Rps still
the starting of connection.

In first cycle bill is around 230Rps
Second time it is around :-2510Rps
Third time :- 100Rps
This time:- 5827Rps

We received the electricity bill yesterday and I got shocked when I
saw the bill i.e. for Rs 5827.

It is not at all possible to consume for us to use of total 997 unit
in two months, as most of the days we are out of town & also we don't
have Ac, cooler. This is excess billing need to be checked properly at
your end which can be due to not proper reading taken by the executive
authorized for this area. Therefore you are kindly requested to please
correct/rectify the bill and take necessary action.

We tried to make the complaint on your customer care number
([protected]), but all goes in vain as your customer service
representative denied to register our complain and state that what has
been bill provided all are correct and we are not going to accept any
complain. This very embarrassing that your customer service
representative are not responding properly.

BSES — for PF no

Dear Sir/Madam,

BSES — No power supply beyond 8 hours

I have made a complaint regarding no power supply on 18.1.2013 at about 6.40 am but no positive response from BSES BYPL authorities has so far been received to me my complaint no. is 382 and (online complaint nos. are [protected] (5:44 pm) and [protected] (6:22 pm). Kindly give me suggestion as in rainy day this problem repeated as they switch off the mainline.

I lived with my family at near Jhandewalan Mandir. We are facing lots of difficulties because of the electric department.

My dad is a flower man. One day from the electricity department one person came and asking for the bribery around 5 thousand from my dad. He refuses to provide it.

After few days later from that incident electricity bill we received is around 12, 000 Rs. When we went for asking why the bill is so much high they tell us that you’re electricity meter comes in the categories of Non – Domestic violence because of that your unit charge is around 13:50 Rs per unit.

My father already deposit 10, 000 Rs for removing the charge on him but they are still sending the bill with the high unit rates. My father submitted the complaint regarding it in the electricity office but still they doesn’t work on it. From the around 1 and half year they sending the increased unit bills to us. We have already got the NOC from the electricity department but still they have disconnected our light in Jan month and now they have send the 44000 Rs bill to us.

The electricity department said they have lost the deposited file of complaint as well. We have to submit it again. It is really frustrating sir.

The electricity department literally doing mental torched on my family.

We are not financially sound. We cannot pay this much amount of bill although without any reason.

Kindly help us in resolving this problem.

Dear Mr.Jalan,

I am Santosh Saini, My CA No. is[protected]. On 30th March 13 at around 10 am in the morning the electrity of my house has gone. I took it as a normal electrity cut but till 4pm when there was no electricity then I checked with my neibhours and came to know that there is no electricity cut after check at pole, I came to know that the wire is diconnected from the pole.

At 4.30 I called customer Care Centre No.39999707 which is given in my BSES Rajdhani Power Limited bill. The customer care executive after getting all the details from you has issued me complaint no.1147 and assured me that within an hours time my problem will be solved. Till 6 pm I didn't get any call no one has turned up. I again called at same no. at around 06.15 pm then the customer care executive told me that my area will not be handled by BSES Rajdhani I should call at another no. 3999808 which is not given in my bill. I called at the given no. and they have given me another complaint no. 1317 and assured me that my compalint will be attended on urgent basis and I will receive a call shortly. He has also told me that he is transferring my call to his senior to get the feedback whether I am satisfied with the service but there was no response.

At around 07.20 pm I again called on the same no. and asked them to transfer the line to their senior then the line was transferred to Mr.Akash, who has listen my complaint and then he has started reiterating that "I am not able to hear you if can hear me please again call customer care" I again called customer care and told them that I was talking to Mr.Akash but there was some disturbance in the line and he could not listen me, please connect me with him. That person has denied to connect with him and asked for the problem. When I started to tell him the problem he has already started reiterating the sentense " I am not able to hear you if you can hear me, please call customer care".

It is 08.40 pm neither anyone has solved by problem nor I got any call against my complaint. This is not first time, I had complaint earlier also about electricity failure about 4 months ago till date no response on that. I do not rember the exact date, otherwise I would have provided you details of that complaint also.

Is this the way BSES works and deal with the complaint. I would appreciate if I can get a justification why my complaint is not heared.

Looking forward for a favourable response not like your customer care response.
