I HAVE A LANDLINE CONNECTION IN POLUR EXCHANGE TIRUVANNAMALAI DISTRICT TAMILNADU I APLLIED FOR THE BROADBAND CONNECTION TWENTY FIVE DAYS BEFORE BUT IHAVE NOT YET CONNECTED OFFICIALS FROM THE EXCHAGE SAYS THEY HAVE EQUIPPED TO GIVE ONLY 64 CONNECTIONS I AM OUT OF THAT COUNTINS KINDLY SAY WAS THAT A TRUE STATEMENT IF IT IS WHEN WILL IT BE THE EQUIPPED TOGIVE MORE CONNECTIONS PLEASE DO THE FAVOUR[protected]

I have a broadband connection of 900 plan.When I start for downloadind data,the link is break up.Then sometimes lick is coming & going.I also reporting this problem.But no action has been taken against my complain.My telephone no is 25907791.Address: 224,Dum dum Park,Kolkata -700055.

since last 15 days we have been regularky giving complaint to sanjaynagar telephone exchange reg non working of our telephones no[protected], 23519306, 23519309.
since we are in to business we are mainley depending upon tele business. unfortunately we have not get any order from last 25 days because of non working telephones.
no one is responding in sanjayanagar, ( Bangalore ) from 25 days.
plse do the need ful immedietly before changing the lines to airtel or others. because we are having 3 lines in which we have commercial broad band also

+ several phone calls to your Area Managers office, Divisional Engineers office mbl no [protected], Mr Jawali mbl no [protected]( who never responds to any phone call)
It is with great disappointment I am writing this to inform the management of BSNL, that no effective solution has been given by your department on the malfunction, reported through the fault reporting system for the last 5 weeks ( dialing 25292198 for the telephone number cited above & telecon complaints to Area Manager's office, Divisional Engineers office etc), of my telephone land line mentioned above.
The malfunction has caused my communication and internet connection, also through BSNL line, effected my working on all these days.
It is also brought to your attention that the internet services are not available or intermittent( 1 minute ok & 10 minutes off etc )
As I am on ECS my payment are promptly paid in time for the above as per the bills sent to me irrespective of the above hasles that I have been facing
I believe that an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization cannot treat a customer complaint with so much delay.For the last five weeks no effort has been made by your dept to settle my complaint
Any thing to be done from my side may please be communicated through Email or through SMS to [protected].
Also I request you to recommend pro rata reduction in charges applicable to the non working connections.
If this fault can not be set right and lines restored from your end by 25th Aug 2008, I will be compelled to swith over to other efficient private service provider even though I have been your customer for the last 23 years for which your customer service dept. is solely responsible.

Have had similar experiences with BSNL, Bangalore. In case of faults with landline/broadband, it is only after repeated, desperate attempts that they respond. If the customer service continues to be so poor, I have the slightest doubt that customers would start switching to other providers, given the large number of private players with better offers and more importantly, better customer service. It is high time this indifferent attitude is addressed.
MY LANDLINE[protected] IS OUT OF ORDER SINCE 20TH MAY AND COMPLAINTS WERE LODGED THRO TELE COMPLAIN NO.23372198 MORE THAN 5 TIMES, BUT OF NO AVAIL. WORSE, I AM FED UP DIALING MOB.[protected] WHICH IS NOT RESPONDING AT ALL. I LODGED COMPLAINT WITH THE NODAL OFFICER FOR PUBLIC GRIEVANCES: ASST.GENERAL MANAGER(PR) BY EMAIL, COPY TO APPELLATE AUTHORITY: GENERAL MANAGER (CM & CFA), BUT INDIFFERENCE IS THE ANSWER, THE APATHY IS SHOWING. BSNL IS KNOWN FOR ITS CAVALIAR ATTITUDE. IS THERE ANY MACHANISM IN BSNL TO RECTIFY THE OUT OF ORDER TELEPHONES ON RECEIPT OF COMPLAINT? DOUTFUL INTEGRITY.
