[Resolved]  BSNL — remove dial tone

I am unable to deacivate me dialer tone from my prepaid BSNL mobile, pl do it for me.
Your customer service is always out of reach.

i was using a cellone prepaid anant connection..my mobile number was [protected]..my mobile was stolen before about one month when i was travelling by train... i have locked my sim with the help ol cellone castomer care service...i want to lock my stolen mobile set also...few informations are given below...

I CALLED MANY TIMES. I THEREFORE REQUEST U TO KINDLY GET IT DEACITIVATED FOR ME. THANKS, YOUR'S --CUSTOMER

For Un-Subscription (Removal of Caller tunes): Send SMS “BT DACT” to 567.
OR
Dial “567” and follow IVR machine voice and say “Un-subscribe”

I am Suresh Kr Sahu, Assam ([protected]). I updated my prepaid account with lifetime recharge. Presently I am at Gohpur area and my incoming and outgoing are barred. I recharged my mobile withing every six months as required. I have tried customer care several times but no solution is found. I have to be outside for business tours very often. And my family is suffering for the interruption of service. I have no direct contact with them for months. Please restore the services and let me know if any action required from my side.

dear sir i am heamnt parashar form to jaipur rajasthan my cell no. [protected].
i my no recharge sms free package 20 oct. 2008 and my problem free sms only 27 oct. 2008 sending then 28 oct. 2008 to and today my sms charge cut to 80 p. sir i compalnts to 31 oct. and 3 nov. 2008. total sms sending only 50 sms.
my comp. no resposne ur bsnl dept. plz sir help and cont. me i waiting ur gidelines.
