I am Shri Mark Dudley residing at Pattabiram, Chennai - 72 (PH #[protected] and I request you to cancel my BSNL India games on demand eff from 13/04/2011. The toll free number[protected] has no response and for any inquiries you could contact me at the above given PH#. I request this to be done on high priority.

It is pity that you care the least for thew customer. I stopped the games on demand by an e mail dated 23.9.10. But no action was taken till 23.3.11 when I virtually abused the your representative on phone. He assured me that no bill be sent to you in future. Again I have been posted with the bill. It is matter of shame for the company and it involved in cheating the customers by trapping the BSNL in this matter. BSNL should not have involved in such a deal and stop collecting the money for the company. When I have not used the facility, I an not liable to pay for the same. I shall not accept any bill that includes the charges for the bill. Rather I have a case for recovery fot he last six months as I have never used this facility.
THEY ARE THE CHEATS IN CONNIVANCE WITH BSNL
