I have sent a mail through to web site and informed that I am not interested in the games and wanted to unsubscribe immediately. I have not received any phone call afterwards asking for confirming subscription.

I am shweta and my BSNL landline No. is [protected] someone has called me from your office and offered games on demand free one month trial.i tried to subscribe bt due to server problm i was unable to subscribe it.. forgot the password and user id for account . so i could not cancel my subscription for that games pack .so kindly cancel that pack with this i am attaching my number [protected] so please call me up if you need any details

I will not be paying any subscription amount and also I will be taking up the matter to the General Manager, BSNL, Chennai Telephones and also to the CONSUMER FORUM.

hi i am mugunthan live in Pongalur, Tirupur District my children activated bsnl online games on demand. But he forgot username and id though we not used, they are billing us every month .so, i kindly request you to deactivate our account .my phone no.[protected].
