[Resolved]  BSNL kollam — land phone complaint

I am Madhusoodanan pillai my bsnl land phone is not working, my phone number is
[protected]. So please take necessary action to resolve it.My number is at Kunnicode telephone exchange. I submit an application for take a broad band connection so please take
necessary actions to solve it and provide a broadband connection as soon as possible

I have registred complaint on log book several times. but till today BSNL service provider(AYUR EXCHANGE, KOLLAM TELEPHONES) did not take any action. Therefore I request you to please take necessary action for working above said Telephone at an earlist.

My landnumber [protected] is not working from one week. we complaint before but not took any action from your side. you have to give an underground connection for us. All other houses of our neighbor have that connections...please provide connections as early as possible...

I wish to bring it to your kind notice that irrespective of several complains regarding the non-functioning of land- line no.[protected] at kavarattu, Manappally north P.O. Kollam, there is no response from the concerned people. Both my father and mother who are more than eighty years old and are not used to using mobile phones. Due to this I am unable to contact them since few week. I request you to kindly see to it that the above telephone is urgently made functional immediately.

This is again a complaint regarding the land-line phone no.[protected] at Kavarattu, Manappally North P.O, Thazhava, I had already made a complaint in this regard and the complaint was attended to but the faulty telephone instrument was replaced by another faulty instrument and as a result the line continues to be non-functional. I request that this complaint be attended and the problem be rectified at the earliest.

My land phone no.[protected] is not working from the last 3 week, I have complained several times through 198 & 1500 but is not yet corrected ...last 2 month ago phone is replaces from Punalur exchange by the persons working there...but again its same problems like noisy line, low speech and sometimes unable to hear the incoming call persons sound...Please kindly do the needful as early as possible.

My land lane is dead I register a complaint one 3/3/14 through No. 198 complained no.[protected]. Again they cancel it but my land lane not cleared again 5/3/14 I registered another complaint No.[protected] now today 7/314 11.40 AM the same. What a hell dept. is this.
