[Resolved]  BSNL — land line

Complaint No.7197086 is not attended for last 2 days

THE WORST TELEPHONE EXCHANGE IS THE PATHANAPURAM EXC. TELEPHONES CAN BE DIED FOR SIX MONTHS OR MORE AND IF YOU WAIT THERE FOR ONE HOUR YOU CAN SEE AT LEAST 10 CLIENT COME TO CANCEL THEIR LAND LINE CONNECTION.TRY CALLING ON THE NUMBER TO THE EXCHANGE THERE WILL BE NOBODY TO ATTEND OR THEY WILL NOT PICK THE PHONE .

Sir,
1.My telephoe no.[protected] is always dead. If sometimes it will be started there is always a distrubence in call line.
2.Plese attention my avobe complaint.

sir our bsnl land line has been complaint for four days.we call our local exchange and write acomplaint.but there is no responce.what will we do sir.our tel. no:[protected].please help me sir.I have want justics

I am prasantha kumar my land line not working at last 3 months i allready complant onetime. But there is no action to be taken from your side
then you are send bill always we are not use the line.If your are not interasted to solve the problem plese discanated the line.I hope you will take immedeate action.

I Kamalakshi amma with the No [protected],Have taken the Land line connection under senior citizen scheme but now not at all satisfied with your service. As am 72 yrs old all my children use to contact me at this no. before 2 months i put the complain but no service has been taken till now .i will be grateful to you if you take any action on this regard. we have the bill monthly without any delay you should tell what we have to do either cut out the connection or give the bill without service .

my land line #[protected] is not working at last six months.I was complaint several times, but still not take any action againest my complaint. this dead phone bill always sending. I kindly requested you to repair or disconnect and take back this dead phone immedeatly.

Till date my phone is not working and no body has taken any action.
