Even under your new bill despatch system, bills do not reach in time, may be delay in posting the bills from your Bill despatch Section or holding the bill in the Post office for longer period. Myself being a Sr. citizen, have to take trouble to visit your office to collect a copy bill and then arrange payment. Can you sort out and ensure as how to reach your monthly bills to the consumer in time.

BSNL Landline — Landline not working

Dear sir, my land line Internet connection is working but the land line phone is not working I complained near kurumbur telephone exchange more than 3 time about 10- 12 days the important thing is my home is very near to the exchange office.but they didn't action my request. So inform u here.

I have made payment for my new landline BSNL connection, for which I have not received any bill. Given request for the details but not yet received, so please send me the details of the bill at the earliest.

Not getting respone against complaint - BSNL Landline Complaint No[protected] Dated 15.09.2015

Dear sir, I have lodged complaint on15.09.2015 on No 198 Complaint No is[protected] also contacted on same no on 16.09.2015, 18.09.2015 but no response . Ours is Govt Office hence for daily communication phone service is very essential but apart from repeated contact no body attended till today 1145 hrs
can you send one of your Technician and please check our tel line .Because every time there is some problem in our distribution board which is located in our nearest connection post.Every break down some body is coming and making some temporary arangements and again same thing is happening.This creating very big problem to us. Our Tel No is[protected] .So I hope you will take immediate action.Last three days our line is not working.

bsnl 3g champiun dongel not run

I (dinesh) bought a 3g champiun bsnl dongal from joginder nagar. but it does not run even a single time. and with this dongl they also offer a one year net pack. but evry thing is froud. i just want to replace it. can I???
