BSNL BROADBAND CONNEXION — NOT WORKING FOR MORE THAN 15 DAYS

MY TELEPHONE AT HYDERABAD[protected] HAS BROADBAND CONNEXION WHICH IS NOT RESTORED EVEN AFTER MAKING SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO VARIOUS AUTHORITIES.EVENTHOUGH I AM PAYING RS.1000/- PER MONTH FOR THIS MY COMPLAINTS ARE NOT AT ALL ATTENDED TO TILLDATE.I DON'T KNOW WHERE BSNL IS HEADING OFLATE!!!!!!????????

BSNL — broad and connection

From 24 th dec,2007 i got broad band connection from bsnl.from that day itself some one is using my connection,since the connection is protected by password ,i strongly believe the culprit is with in the exchange.how can i trap this guy.i send acomplaint to bsnl no reply from their end.now am plannig to give this media,may be some one can help on this.
my connection strats when i starts the computer.can some one tell me to disconnect this when am not using the BB .and get c0nnceted when am needed.may be this is the reason the exchange man misusing.

BSNL Broadband — No connection given for more than 3 months!

We had applied for broad band connection during Jan08 and now its March 08 and still there is no response from the department. While private operators turn around in a week to 15 days time, we are finding that BSNL is not even willing to respond on the status. Is this the indication from BSNL that existing consumers should move to private operators. anyway when you seen my mail reply me are you can call me [protected]

BSNL is said was pride of Nation run by Govt . but i am soory to say, due lack of interest to take care of customer complaint . BSNL is busy advting No installtion charges if take BSNl . DO you no why . find this out .
since other service provider is giving better and quick service inspite of lack of staff & other reason . But BsnL staff is govt paid, no reason for their job in stack, But private sector executive is afraid of job
i had booked Braodband connection TYPE . still i have not received yet inspite of two month is over . Guess what ; I am In Q ( No stock ) . Is it funny .
watch it BSNL officer . you find your giving Free service ; since other service is coming up

1) NO BODY ATTANDING THE ENQUIRY AFTERWORDS MAIL HAS BEEN RECEIVED ABOUT CANCELLING MY ENQUIRY, I THINK TATAINDICON IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO MORE CUSTOMER.
2) AGAIN MAIL HAS BEEN RECEIVED THAT SOME BODY WILL CONTACT YOU . BUT STILL CONNECTION IS PENDING.

BSNL BROADBAND UNLIMITED SERVICES — REQUESTED PLAN NOT PROVIDED

KINDLY NOTE OUR REQUESTED PLAN WAS - HOME UL 900 PLUS ( BROADBAND +LANDLINE )WHICH HAS BEEN NOT PROVIDED.

Last week BSNl installed a modem at my home for broadband connection over my phone 23643712. Till date I could not access with net and is still waiting for getting the connection. The BSNl staf says everything is Ok but not attending to my compalint. Some times they says its probelm at server in banagalore but the staff vanished and says over phone that everything is Ok

sir we installed the bsnl broad brand to desktop. once it coneect after disconect we again log to internet at that time it shows the message LINE BUSY. Then we conect to USB port it shows the error ie your computer is not respond. after that we format the harddisk and then we installed the broadband. once it conecte after that again it shows the message LINE BUSY. please send the solution very urgently because we facing lot of problems and our business is lossing. we already contact with BSNL engineers but they cant give response

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I am using ur land line from last 12 year, before 2 month I have taken ur broadband connection plan 750 unlimited, but same day it is not working, i payed my first bill amount 3074. I complain so many time against broadband connection but till now no action has been taken. i am mentilly frustrate by BSNL services given by ghaziabad off. BSNL is best in all services but this kind o[censored]noffical practice going with me it is not good.
If my broadband connection is not working properly what is the benefit of this connection. i am working person and no time to went daily too ur off. i have done more than 100 calls to different contact NO. so take this matter seriously and take action quickly as soon as possible.

dataone — Worst Speed & Linking Failure

BSNL Dataone, one of the worst broadband service seen by me.
When i first got it installed it worked fine for few days but now the service is worst than ever. the speed is getting slower than ever. they offer to give 256kbps min speed, all Bakwas. The download speed goes to max 50kbps and average is 25kbps, which my cellphone gprs also gives me.
last but not the least...
recently changed my dataone plan to home 500c, so that i can surf and download things from 2am to 8am (Unlimited period). from the day i have given the request after a week the adsl link doesn't get steady. the link fail continuously after 5 minutes.
i think the bsnl should change their name to "Bhikhari Sanchar Nigam Limited". and also the Change the Dataone To "DataNONE" service. As after the Dataone connected you Dont even get a data.

BSNL — BroadBand Internet & Telephone Problems.

We are using BSNL landline no.[protected], since many years, we got its broadband internet connection about 2 years ago. Since then, the internet Link connection is not comming properly. We have complaint it many a time to various authorities concerned. Also the problem faced is that while using internet the quality of sound while talking on phone gets badly affected. Authorities always give us numbers of some other fellow to contact, but always the problem remains unattended. For instance if we call to customer care they say call to internet customer care no. then they say call to technical staff then they say talk to SDO, we dont know where to go actually now. Best option would be not using internet & landline phone.

but i am complainting from last 1 months that my DSL link but there is no positive attituted from your company
even the complaint which registered it destroyed without solving

i have paid the amount of one year in advanced but i can;t enjoyed your net satisfactory yet.

when i got connection in the month of sep-2007 my telephone line was dead for 1 month.
same problem repeated occationally but the difference is not continued for 1week so, you can not considered for a compansation.

in the month of april-may-2008 same proble repeted
i don;t know that compansation is given or not.

now the same problem i m facing from last 1 month so, please kindly give positive reply

Many persons from BSNLcame to my home to solve the problem, but not succeed. I am paying its charging without getting satisfactio.

more over in last bill it came much much higher i.e. Rs. 4309/-, when my normal monthly bill comes around Rs. 800-1200 per month. Kindly takee up the matter with BSNL authorities and oblige
