[protected] last 2 months the bsnl hungama package was activated from the beginning to now i not using the service but i am getting monthly subcribe the amount Rs.347 and i inform the complain in bsnl office they said give it to me the letter i will forward but now this month also i am getting subcribed please refund the amount.

I never expected from this governmentorganisation. Your people simply spoke to us about the free game and cheated us. Toll free number is not at all responding. I already sent complaint to this but not respond.

I expect that the next month bill should not include the amount pls do it with immediate effect.
