I am Ramanathan from Kumbakonam. My phone # is[protected]. On 13 th May 2014, the service provider of BSNL Hungama person contact me and explained the offers. I gave consent for Rs.149 pack. Further he said that the connectivity mail was sent to my mail. Till now I have not received any mail from BSNL Hungama. But I am surprised in June and July bills Rs.149 was added without any service provided. In the meantime, in BSNL Hungama site, I tried many times for resending the connectivity mail. But my mail was not sent due to unregistration of my mail id. Please clarify the issue.

I have availed broadband connection in bsnl. my landline number is[protected] I have not subscribed for the games on download, movies on download, , music on download but a sum of Rs.257.45/ has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the free game and have cheated us. So kindly deactivate the hungama plan immediately.

I never expected this from the reputed central government organization. Without sending any email or pass word or not getting my consent through phone the subscription it has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the free game and have cheated us. So kindly deactivate the god plan immediately.other I will knock the door of legal steps.
