Mar 18, 2015 DMAHANTA4's response I have availed broadband HUNGAMA PACK connection in bsnl. my landline number is [protected]. I have not subscribed for the games on download but a sum of Rs.299 has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the kindly decativate the plan immediately.
i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for HUNGAMA MUSIC ON DEMAND ,HUNGAMA MOVIES-HUMOV,HUNGAMA GAMES ON DEMAND.from

Dear Sir,
Please deactivate Hangman service from my land line No. [protected] with immediate effect, because I have not requested for this service any time. Due to this service unnecessary Rs. 170/- PM against Music & Rs. 70/- PM against games are being charged in my bill.
I am trying to get it disconnected through your Toll Free No. [protected] since last 3-4 days as advised to us by your customer support Executive, but I am sorry to say that it seems that either the No it self is falke kept by BSNL just to harass the customer, because no one is attending & a Tap is on telling continiously that " our all the executives are busey please hold the line.
I request you to please confirm me the de activation on my E-amil ID : kms.[protected]@gmail.com or on my mobile No. [protected].
