Kindly request to you that about hungama Plan deactive. My land Phone is [protected].

I am Mohanraj.V. My landline NO.[protected]. I have requested to deactivate all the Hungama.com downloads on 30.09.2014. But you have deactivated only music and games only with effect from 01.10.2014 vide your e.mail to me. You have omitted to deactivate HUNGAMA MOVIE. Kindly deactivate the movie downloading also immediately and also refund the bills already paid me. Otherwise I will go to consumer court. I have not at all used the downloads from Hungama. Thank you.

As I have already sent my request to deactivate all hungama.com downloands. But you have deactivated only music and games with effect from 01.10.2014. I have sent an additional request on 02.10.2014 to deactivate the movie download also. And also I request to kinldly refund the one time charges paid by me i.e Rs.289/- and Rs.390/- for the months of July and August 2014 respectively, as I have not opted the hungama.co. facility to my Broad Band and also I have never downloaded any programme from Hungama. Kindly ensure that no such one time charge has been placed in September 2014 bill. Thank you.

Though I have requested to deactivate all Hungama.Com facilities, You have deactivated only games and music facilities. You have omitted to deactivate the movie downloading facitily. Are you not ashamed to penalise customers by way of cheating by provide such downloading wthout their knowledge and request?. That's why many customers are leaving BSNL. Without downloading any programmes, so far, from Hungama.Com I am being punished by way charging Rs.390/- again in the September 2014 bill. Is it fair on your part?
