Mar 18, 2015 DMAHANTA4's response I have availed broadband HUNGAMA PACK connection in bsnl. my landline number is [protected]. I have not subscribed for the games on download but a sum of Rs.299 has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the kindly decativate the plan immediately.
i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for HUNGAMA MUSIC ON DEMAND ,HUNGAMA MOVIES-HUMOV,HUNGAMA GAMES ON DEMAND.from

Additional services like Games on Demand, Music on Demand and Movie on Demand by Hungama are activated on my BSNL broadband without my consent. and i want to unsubsccibe that. my phone number is[protected]

I am Siranjeevi rajasekaran from Coimbatore, and my Land line number is[protected], I am a regular customer of BSNL for more than20 years. Now I am facing that your Hungama plan problems. I don;t want your hungama, i have to pay my bill every month for that unwanted expenditure. I have told so many times to Bsnl Customer services to DEACTIVATE the Hungama, but they are not doing anything. So i request you to DEACTIVATE the Hungama immedietly. If i have to face the hungama problem again and again there is no otherway to withdraw my all connection and surrender my land line and also broadband.
So do it immedietly . I hope you will do'

our telephone number is[protected]. please deactivate hungama movies, hungama games & hungama music immediately. we hardly stay at home and unnessassarily paying for all these Hungama 3 items. please be kind enough to deactivate immedaitely. we are even thinking of surrendering the BSNL Broad Band connection since we do not use it regularly and if this Hungama is not deactivated then you will be forcing us to surrender the BSNL Broad Band connection. kindly Deactivate all 3 Hungama items.Thanks Sangeeta
My land line no. is 24520490. I have neither opted for the hungama service nor utilised that option. In the bill of March 2016, Rs. 160+ is charged for hungama. This needs explanation. I want you to discontinue that service and deduct the amount provided by you in the coming bill immediately. Kindly tell me who is doing such things I want to meet the concerned official.
