I have availed broadband connection in bsnl. my landline number is[protected]. I have not subscribed for the games on download but every month a sum of Rs.500/ has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the free game and have cheated us. So kindly decativate the worst plan immediately.
i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for Hungamma music on demand plan. Totally I loss 2000rs where I can get the money you Hungamma cheaters don't call me please deactivate my profile on Hungamma if the plan will be continued to next bill I can't pay and iam choosing for other broad band service

On contact to BSNL office I was advised to contact on Toll-free no. [protected]. I tried umpteen no. of times to contact on this number but I could not. It is my earnest request to FORTHWITH DEACTIVATE HUNGAMA FROM MY LAND LINE NO.[protected]. I WOULD ALSO REQUEST TO REFUND THE BILLED AMOUNT FOR PAST MONTHS.

i received this month BSNL generated bill as Rs.1555 but i'm using 999 pack for broadband and so, i consulted customer care thro' (1500 tool free number) they said hungama pack as been activated and they said me to send a mail to this id to deactivate the hungama pack.

And this hungama pack where activated without my knowledge so deactivate the hungama services. Regenerate me a new bill amount without this service.

i didn't use the hungama services yet so kindly consider this mail and deactivate the service and generate a new bill as per my previous plan what i'm using so. And kindly deactivate this hungama service for my number.[protected].

i'm waiting for your kind replay...
