I have passed my 12th class from Delhi in 1994. I have lost my 12th class passing certificate and marksheet. Please tell me the procedure for applying for the duplicate certificate and marksheet. Also, please tell what all documents do I need to submit. I will be highly obliged. |

I Have pass 12th Class from NIOS 2 yrs back but i have Lost my Mark Sheet & Mogration Certificate
How can I get my Duplicate Certificate & Mark Sheet & my problem is with those certificates & mark sheet i have also lost my hall Ticket & Photo ID Proof of NIOS.
Now I have No proof that i have cleared my Exams from NIOS.Pls help me with this situtation. how can I get my certificates back.

WITH DUE RESPECT I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I HAVE PASSED CLASS XII CBSE EXAMS THIS YEAR i.e 2009 FROM ASHOK MEMORIAL PUBLIC SCHOOL, FARIDABAD, HARYANA. I WANT TO CHANGE MY SURNAME AND BIRTHDATE PRINTED IN CLASS X AND XII PASSING CERTIFICATES INCLUDING MARKSHEETS AND MIGRATION CERTIFICATES. Sir, I did my 12 standard from KV phulpur, Allahabad.I had got problem in spelling of my name.And I have already submitted a complaint letter alongwith my marksheet & certificate to my school & CBSE BOARD in year 2000. But they didn't give any response in this regards.Now, i needed my orginal marksheet & certificate applying for job.
Could you please tell me the procedure to get my certificate & marksheet of 12 standard of having corrected name.I will be highly obliged in this regards.
