Hi,
there is a complaint login with reliance vide our complaint no.86676, dated 12/10/2008 regarding billing done at Reliance Fresh at Hyderabad. Till today no feedback given by the Orginisation. What is the fun in login the complaint with Organisation when we don't get the feedback.
Also I am getting enough messages from Reliance One on their advertisements when I am busy. This is creating lot problems on my concentration. Please stop sending the messages on my mobile [protected].

Reliance — not activated within the due date
Hello,my name is nirmalya my mobile no is [protected]
i have to activate my number within the due date ie:-3 months but i failed to recharge the number after taking the new sim, the result of that the line has been cut no calls has been made and incoming is also cut.
so how can i recover my sim number to start working again and make calls
can you pls suggest

i am very frustated about uneven deduction . reliance communication is top one but i donot think so noone hear the complaint.of me if donot fullfill the customer satisfaction. turn your service down . you are the big cheater . your customer care centre is like as formalities they canot give any response .last if you canot improve your service then you have no right to provide your service .all of you are moneyminded . take example of airtel as they provide full satisfaction to thier customer .
my mobile no. [protected] prepaid. Suddenly after 5 years they have suspended the line reason the documents are spoiled during the rain on 26.7.2006. I have submitted all documents again on 24.8.2009. I am told within 2 days it will be actiivated. even morethan 21 days passed they are investigating. What we can do nothing. forget reliance and go for some other

I purchase the Reliance Mobile on 29th Sept 2009 and cell phone Incoming and outgoing is off without information towards the non submitting the documents but here we already provide the documents to Dealer Mr. Mane [protected] and he said we already submitted the document in Reliance gallary in Maharashtra Region but they yet not feed any information towards the No.[protected] also I submitted the documents in Chembur, Mumbai gallary they told me the Maharashtra Region yet not file the information therefore we can accept your documents here only.

I have made a big mistake of buying reliance netconnect...Dur to the horrible experience when at last i requested several times for disconnecting it..no attention wz paid and its been several months now...and they are sending me bills for no usage ...please let me know how to file a complaint to consumer court...My reliance netconnect nb. is [protected]...and i will sugest that nobody else should suffer like i did...besidea the customer service is very very poor...
Rs 180/- deducted from the main balance.

I have a broadband connection from Reliance for which I have put up a disconnection request on 12th Feb. I was told by the Reliance service centre that I would be getting a call within 48 for this. Amazingly no one called me up within this time period and instead I was called up on Monday 15th Feb for the first time and then on 16th Feb (after I called them up almost the seventh time and escalated the issue). I want to mention that on 14th Feb when I called up the call centre people they told me that I would be charged till the day when I have put the disconnection request.
They have now put up a new request for my disconnection and told me that this new request which is raised will take maximum of 9 days for completion and I would have to pay for all these days. On specifically telling them that I wont be paying for these days they replied to me I would have to use the connection for these number of days.
I want to put up a complaint regarding this as why I would be forcefully made to use this connection when I don’t want to do so.
Please let me know what is the process for filing this complaint.

I had buy one mobile on 2oth May & it was activated on 21st May . But due to my mistake on that I was not submit my Photographs . Due to that my outgoing is stopped by you . I had already submit my Photographs two days back but still it is not activated .
