[Resolved]  CellOne — Unwanted SMS from Cell One

My cell no. is [protected].
I am receiving unwanted sms from 57333001 and Rs/- 1.00 is deducting from my balance. Please do something in this regard. I have contact customer care ob BSNL, but in vain. then I have gone to BSNL head office in Ludhiana, they said that 57333001 no. is not in their subscription list so they cannot do anything. They have suggested me to go to the website and try to unsubscribe it . I am trying to search for unsubscribe it but there is no option at all...

Cell One prepaid — want to stop receiving unwanted sms

MY CELL PHONE NO. IS [protected]. now a days i am receiving lots of sms from BV, PX, TM etc. atleast 8 to 10 sms per day are disturbing me in my day to day work. i have already sent START DND sms to 1909. but unfortunately no result has come. I WANT TO STOP RECEIVING THESE TYPES O[censored]NWANTED SMSs IMMEDIATELY.

i am frequently receiving unwanted SMS from no 57333001 from Cellone and Re 1 is being deducted from my balance evertime . This is happening almost 6-7 times a day ever since my SIM was activated 4 days back . I have spoken/complained to Cellone customer care no almost 5-6 times daily for last 4 days but no respite till now . I have lost almost 60 Rupees of my prepaid balance because of this unwansted messages till now
I have even sent Unsubscribe SMS to 12555 as dvised by Customer care but still no releif . I am unnecessary losing my prepaid balance for no fault of mine .
I want this SMS to be immediately stopped and refund of my balance deducted for this unwanted SMS my contact no. is[protected].
