[Resolved]  CIBIL — Negative report by CIBIL

I had applied a loan against property from hdfc bank but the bank denied to give this loan because my name is apeared in cibil defoulter list. As per hdfc bank they said I had taken a auto loan amount 9 lacs on 30/04/2004 and overdue amount is 52280/- but i have not any auto loan of 9lacs taken by any bank in my life. So pls solve this problam and out my name from cibil defoulter list that I ilegibal for any loan.

I applied for a loan in dec2006, same was rejected by HDFC since my name was reflecting on CIBIL report. On pursuing the same I was infmd i had an outstanding of 72000 with an HSBC credit card which was closed a year back with no disputes. On checking with HSBC i was given ti understand that the entry was not made in their books and the last paymnt was transferred to a suspense account.
I made an affidavit with the court with all paymnt details etc and sorted the same. I recd an official letter from HSBC that my outstanding was NIL and the same would be updated to CIBIL.
On checking again receintly for a home loan i was given to understand that i cannot avail the same due to my CIBIL report for which im nowhere at fault. No bankers have any clear knowledge as to how thsi can be sorted. Can anybody assist me, will teh legal way help in this matter?

Hi I m Vikas. I had applied for ICICI Bank Credit Card (Co-branded - ICICI Future Card) but never receive the same.
Now some months back ICICI had sent recovery agent to my earlier place and am scared of my name would be included in CIBIL defaulter List.
Can anyboby help me in this matter?
I have contacted ICICI bank, but they said they cannot help me as they have not found any records by name in their credit card list.

I had applied for credit card from Citibank; same was rejected by Citibank, since my name was reflecting on CIBIL

Now some months back Citi bank sent a letter that state that i am not eligible for applying credit card as per CIBIL, scared of my name would be included in CIBIL defaulter List.
