Citibank Delhi Metro Credit Card — non receipt of approved card

I applied for a citi delhi metro credit card...verification was done and I received an SMS on 25.9.2008 stating that my application is approved and my credit card ending with 0002 will reach me in 5 working days. I havent yet recieved the card. Can something be done about this.

we have corrospondance with citi bank peopele for we have not any dues amount even we had paid to them & also given the confirmation from bank by statment shown.

but the citi bank people not given the correct anser for me til date they are not agree & they add dues amount in every month bill

Citibank — CREDIT CARD CHARGING MACHINE

DEAR SIR

THIS IS REGARDING A CREDIT CARD CHARGING MACHINE WHICH WAS INSTALLED AT MY SHOP. MY IMEI NUMBER IS 11243310, AND MY MACHINE WAS TAKEN FOR REPAIRING ON 04/11/2008 THEY SAID IT WILL BE REPAIRED WITHIN ONE WEEK, AND EVERY TIME I CALL UP CITIBANK THEY ASK FOR ONE WEEK. THERE HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS SINCE I AM CALLING THEM. IF YOU CAN HEP ME IT IS OK ELSE I WILL LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST CITIBANK IN THE CONSUMER COURT.

Please check, i have applied for a new credit card of citybank 2 months ago.All verifications and other documentations have completed verify my office & my resi address with their executives, but still i dont have recieved any thing at my resi or office address.My date of birth as my documents[protected].Please advice by return the status of my credit card that i have applied for as soon as possible.Pls also advice why there is so long time have taken in this process.I am looking forward for your possitive feedback.

as per my credit card no. # [protected], with reference to your letter dated 6 march, 2008 the amount 30604.33 stands reversed as a 1 time service gesture and there are nil dues.As per your letter confirms that there are nil dues on the above card as on date and the said card stands closed.Has the data been updated on your records/computer?I have come to know that my name figures in the defaulters list.

i applied for citybank creditcard last april '09 (first week)..And it was approved last april15 for they texted me& also said that il expect it w/in 3 days but until now i have not yet recieve it.. more than 15days already.

Iam the customer of Citi Bank Name : Sandeep Kumar B / PH : [protected] and i have been using Citi Card Credit from 2005. Please be advise me inspite of making so many calls to customer care i didn't get proper response and no proper solution has been provided, the thing is i have a loan of 3, 26, 740.00 on my Credit Card No: [protected]. And every month iam paying my EMI of 10, 834.00 on regular basis.

And i called customer care to know the formalities for closer of the loan and i was been advised saying rather than settling the loan they will reduce the rate of interest and said they will call me back to confirm me the rate of interest.

But till date i haven't received the call nor any email from th past 2 months so i called again on 8th JUNE 2009 but your customer care executive Name : Vijay kept me on hold for half n hour and disconnected my call. Another issue is that my loan due date was given as 13th of every month and now without my knowledge it has been changed to 7th of every month.

Kindly provide me the solution fo the above mentioned problems otherwise i would like to settle the loan amount.

i applied for citybank credit card. i gave all the documents on 17th Feb'10 to sheltersgroup agency.i received call from delhi. they told me that we are forwarding ur application to head office. but still i dont receive any call from head office.
in this duration i was following Mr [protected]@[protected] and Mis [protected]@[protected] from sheltersgroup. but got no positive response.
