DO NOT APPROACH Citi Financial of the Citi Group for any kind of Loan. They are run by a bunch of incompetent imbeciles and have no sense of professionalism. Specially their Kochi office in Kerala, which is just very shady. They have two people in their office including their "manager" Srikanth who pretends to be the most important and busiest person in the financial industry as is typical of a person who knows very little of what his job need him to know.
Once you have applied for a loan, their checks (on home and work addresses) are a joke and done by part time college students. Their processing is another joke and customer service and care doesn’t exist. It is advisable to go to other local finance companies with higher rate of interest than this incompetent company. At least you have peace of mind!
Please avoid Citi Financial. Institutions like these are a black spot in our Banking and finance industry. I will be reporting my experience to Reserve Bank of India and the Banking ombudsman.
i have taken a personal loan (6889076 loan no)from citi bank.i have paid full and final payment on 24 sep.executive will comment that all the document will be send at u r address on one month.ihave not recive my document for today date .one more thing that citi finicial make me a defaulter on his list why ni have paid all the amount.my name is black list on satyanm online

i am also a loan customer of this company . when these people have assigned us loan they have taken 19 cheques for 19 installments as amount was 23 thousand.we have paid all the installments maximum by cheque and rest by cash, now only one is left .but the loan provider is saying only 15000 is about to be paid, which is equally wrong, as at the time of loan sanctioning we have agreed on norms of 19 installments of 1219 /month.they r not responding well and i am really surprised as we were thinking we r free with installments but again a new tension.please avoid Citi Financial. SHALU. after a long discussion she was outrightly rejected my documents & she said we do not give any approval on the basis of RCO RENTED, however, later on she accepted my documents with rudely, remember, if ur attitude like a unprofessional towards the geneuine & honest customer, in future u have to high price, now the ball is in ur court to continue the better relationship, if it is not so, then i have to think about u for future relationship. pls. note that i am having same profile, which had earlier . my cell. no 9871404670 THANKS & REGARDS

It was my biggest mistake of life that i approached CitiFinancial for a two wheeler loan.
They do not have any systamatic and transparent dealings.
when i am also paying my each and every EMI regular and without any delay from last one year they do not have any concerns for thier customers.
No one is there to explain the things or process and even no one is there to listen.
almost 12 months completed from the date of loan sanctioned and till date i havent recieved a single piece of document/information from their side.
Their cheques used to get clear in my other account in PNB via ECS on every 5th of month and also my statement of PNB is showing that till date no cheque is bounce and all the cheques been cleared on the date suppose to be.
but what the hell are the services of citifinancial that they are calling me on regular basis and giving me mental harassment, not listening to me when i am explaining them that amount is already cleared from my bank and please do not disturb me again then also they are using abuse language and forcing me to pay it again.so i request to citifinancial that please update your software first then ask the customer and when i am giving you the dates along with cheque number also been cleared so why are you giving me threatning calls?
This is one of the worst bank i have ever seen. just to change the acccount number for ecs they charge 2500 for unwanted reasons.I advice not to go for the citi group. plsssssssss. no promt responce from any one.
My name is Kalpesh Manilal Tanna, and I have never ever applied for any type of loan with Citi Financial. However, I have been receiving calls from Citifinance asking for one Mr.R.G.Udaykumar. on my cell phone.
For your information, I have never known such person at any times. I am being harrassed from your telephonic staff several times in a day. This has been happening since more than 3 months. Earlier I have also registered a telephonic complaint, the complaint no. being "1649051" on 02.05.08.
It has been more than 2 months now, but there has been no change in your attitude. You are therefore requested to kindly stop giving me phone calls, or else, I shall be forced to take some serious steps.
First They issued me a peronal Loan REF NO : 7196749 i had been a prompt payer via RBI ecs --each emi -of Rs 1575.
Meanwhile I was uneccessary requested rather presuurised to TOP UP MY LOAN and issued me a second loan ref: no 12726919 BUT VERY SURPRISING THE CHEQUE THEY ISSUED TO ME IS BOUNCED (stopped by Citi fin ancials) even then they started taking my emi @ 2060-00 permonth for 4-6 months then they again reverted back to EMI of 1575-00 permonth. THEY DONT WANT TO INCLUDE THE EMIS OF 2060=00 in my account . THe BOUNCED CHEQU IS STILL WITH ME .

Citifinancial is a complete mockery in teh name of so called "corporate ethics" and CSR. They hire thugs as collection agents who call at ten o'clock in the night and talk to their customers in obscene abusive language. What we should do is find a solution tyo this problem and expose this corrupt MNC once and for all.
Please never, never, never approach citi finance for any kind of loan. In a simple way i just want to make you aware that 15 months ago i took a personal loan of Rs. 20, 000 (Twenty Thousand). for three yearsI just recieved Rs. 19304 reducing file charges ect... I had already paid 15 installment of Rs. 998, about Rs. 150000 (fifteen) till now.
Now when i wanted to clear all my dues and visited the finance office for Termination . They have given me details that i have to pay Rs. 15, 725 rupees more. It means what actual amount i used is just near about Rs.3000. IT MEANS FOR USING RS.3000 I HAD ALREADY PAID RS. 15, 000(fifteen thousand) It is rediculas.
Don't take any load i suggest. May the citi finace collaspe with all curse of the poor people. They are not trustworthy as they act or assure at the time of giving loan.

I moved from Chandigarh to Gurgaun in January and I bought a new vodafone connection, number 09873958721 from Galleria Market on January 16, 2008. I started receiving SMS and Phone calls from CITI FINANCIAl, from February 05, 2008 on wards. They ask for Kamal Kumar. Where as my name is Amit and I have nothing to do with Citifinancial. They abused me several times and moreover they ask for me to pay the loan amount which Kamal kumar hadd taken. 100 times I gave complaint number is 1611941. I get a call after every 10 minutes and it is hard for me to digest. My boss pissed off on my frequent call and gave me warning. Please look into it. My line of business does not allow me to change the number. These days I am in Noida.

Your person said as team lead uses such a bad words while collecting the documents from the customer and his name is pradeep mobile no 9880537550 works in MG Road branch as team lead. when same was complained to customer service call centre they refuse to give higher authority email ID and there nos, Really shame on citifinancial for having such an attidue personnels as the employees who does not know how to speak to the customer, if such an encouragement given to employee i am afraid where citi financial will land down the line.
Fraud 420 by voiding agreement with the customer - CITIfinancial
I had taken a personal loan from the above mentioned financial company of Rs. 40000/- approx 1 year back. When i was signed the copy of agreement (the photocopy i do have with me) it was clearly mention that my rate of interest will be 9% reducing balance and emi will be 1400+ but during the clearence of first EMI I come to know that it was 1519 and with further discussion with the branch i came to know that it was totaly changed and became 20% flat which was unacceptable at all but still the bank manager told me that you bare of six month after that we has a top up scheme in which you will be benifited. so i wait for 6 month then i called up the CUstomer care for top up they told me you have to wait for another 2 month when i tried to contact that branch manager of citifinacial (paikpara branch) i came to know the manger had left the organisation and the branch has already been closed. Then i mail the customer care regarding the whole story and told them that stop this immediately since i was out of town for some months.Then a manager of kankurgachi branch come in to picture and tried his best to resolve it but still it was pending and i stopped paying the EMIs.They are telling if you foreclose the loan then you have to pay 36000+ while i had already paid them 13000 (Approx) why shuld i pay 36000/- when the total fault is there. Please help and suggest.
Enquiry time they giveing the assurance for rate of interest is 19%, and payment time they charging the rate of interest is 35%, without notice, so please consider the defference amonut of the rate of interest give back to reembrocement,

I have been getting calls on my residence no 0172 -2589269 in chandigarh, daily for the past 3 months from citi financial asking for some Mr Radha Krishanan .These calls come between 3-4pm daily.Inspite of telling them that this is not his no.there has been no respite. I am just recovering from surgery and my rest time is disturbed by these persistent calls. I suggest you do something about them or I shall be forced to take stricter action.A company like yours should be more up to date about your client's where abouts.Kindly do the the needful at the earliest .
I have been recieving calls at my res.no. 0172 2589260 from citi financial asking for Mr Radha krishnan. Inspite of telling them that this no. is of the army cantt they refuse to stop. The calls come between 3-4 pm and it has become a nusiance now. Please ensure they stop or I shall be forced to take stricter action.
