Club Leisure — Cheating from Club Leisure | |||
Dear Sir, I have received call from Club Leisure, New Delhi on 02 July 2010 at 12:06pm regarding offering Free card and some vouchers for Travelling free of cost. The executive never mention the cost for the same. She connected the line and told me to register credit card number etc and I have received the message regarding transaction of Rs.5509/- debited through my HSBC Bank credit card. As now I do not want to continue with Club Leisure because they have cheated me by insisting to register the card. The executive talking in between while registering the card so I am unable to listen the conversation properly and I have made mistake of registering my card. How one can connect and make on line transactions over phone directly. The Club Leisure is not ready to cancel the transaction as well as money refund. They might have cheated so many card holders. THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST CLUB LEISURE AND TRAVELPORT ON IDENTICAL LINES AND THIS TYPE OF FRAUD SHOULD BE WIDELY ADVERTISED SO THAT MORE PEOPLE DO NOT FALL A PREY.
CONSUMER COURT SHOULD ENTER THIS ISSUE AND ASK CLUB LEISURE AND TRAVELPORT TO REFUND THE MONEY TAKEN WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S CONSENT.

Even same thing happened as it happened with Naresh and others .I am also one of the victim of this .Can anyone look in ot this .

CLub leisure is simply cheating people .Can anyone suggest what should i do .They have deducted 5509 from my credit card .even when i called the credit card guys, they said the amount is already deducted .

why cant people simply start filing FIR or consumer complaints against these guys...The company seems to be somehow related to travelport since the address is same. File cases against these buggers and ensure that these guys are behind bars

Same happened with me today 15th December, 2010...Even any mutual fund registration or any new insurance scheme has the same processwhich are not fraud...so if this kind od fraudulance continues how can one trust on all online transactions...kindly advertise this...its becoming a serious isssue...
