Dear Sir
I have purchased a 2BHK in Goa and taking possession of the same the complex is still not complete (part of it is complete) and I estimate it will take another 2 years to complete the same. (it has row houses and apartments )
The builder is demanding from me Rs 25000/- (twenty five thousand )as sinking fund the society is still not formed and I am suspicious he is trying to use this money, says he will keep this a fixed deposit
Can he charge me same even though the society is still not formed should I be paying him same or should i hold on till the society is formed. What are the rules for sinking fund in Goa

Regards John
in our society 50 flats(700 sqft) and 12 shops (280, 320 sq ft) society is charging equally for repairing and painting charges for flat and shop owner as area of flat and shop is different so charges should calculate on area basis please guide me

Dear Sir,

If members of society not paying the maintaince charges, from 8-10 months can we disconnect his water supply, as water from muncipal carporation comes in the main tank, from there it is been pumped to the overhead tank & the pump electricity charges is been paid thru maintaince charges.

if yes please let me know the legal proceduing & the ACT NUMBER.
I took possession of flat on 2nd January 2015 but it is vacant till December end because I was in UK, Society is asking to pay 100% of maintenance charges. Is there any law to pay 100% maintenance charges? OR please let me know how much is maintenance i have to pay?

Thanks,
Bhausaheb.
