i got a d mat account in icici bank account no IN[protected] operated through my brooker ie enhance money. now i want to operate this my D-MAT account rersonally without brooker. please intimate procedure for the same.My e mail is [protected]@rediffmail.com

Dear Sir,I had applied for demate account vide application no. [protected]
on 14/03/2008 under zero bal. scheme. On telcall from your Dehradun (UK) branch in May, 08 regarding confirmation of opening of account, they asked me and collected cheque from me for Rs.500/ (for activation of account) till date your office is unable to provide me my demate account kit. Such an unresponsible act is never expected.
