[Resolved] Dish TV — Removal of channel without any notice | |||
We used to watch "Shraddha" regularly,everyday,because Shraddha is the only channel which airs the aarti session from the holy shrine of Vaishnodevi LIVE,twice each day (mornings & evenings) I'm not getting "Shraddha" for the past one month.I have a Dish TV connection (Standard definition),Shraddha used to be in the Dish TV platform on channel number 1540,but now some other channel called "Mangal Kalash" has come in its place.I had complained/requested about the inclusion of Shraddha to Dish Tv's customer care at[protected] on Oct 19,2012 (request no.[protected].The Dish Tv customer representative told me that Shraddha was a part of the Doordarshan's free channel pack and that Doordarshan has now removed "Shraddha" from their platform....Is that true? If it is true, then I'm dissapointed with our country's official broadcaster "Doordarshan". I hope Shraddha is included in the Dish Tv and/or Doordarshan platform,since,till today we used to watch Vaishnodevi aarti,which used to be aired in another other channel called "mh1" in the mornings.As of today "mh1" which airs at channel no. 804,is still available,but there is neither any picture nor sound available and the dishtv customer representative assumed that it may be an alignment issue(complaint no.[protected],but a dish tv representative who checked my connection just now confirmed that my dishtv's dish alignment is perfect.... Please look into the matter and make sure that "Shraddha" & "mh1" are included in the Dish Tv and/or Doordarshan platform....If there is an issue between Shraddha/mh1 and Doordarshan &/or Dish Tv,please at least give me a list of the DTH companies which include "Shraddha". Dish TV — mh1 is not been brodcasted
sir,My Vc no is [protected].
actually mh1 channel is not being broadcasted in our area... while every other dish channel is broadcasted...
please look after this problem as soon as possible...
we all will be very thankful to u...
Dish TV — Channel issue
Hello,I have a DISH TV connection from over 2 years now, however been really upset on the issues which ZEE TV has with NEO sports channel...
due to there issues customers are unable to see TEST matches in india, i complaint and was told a year back that it will start soon yet no date was given, however the most harassing issue is that if you wish to change a DTH operator there is no deal like this, we have to buy a whole new kit and dish of another operator.
so it become difficult for consumers to quit services of a operator who is bad or is not providing effective services.
i would like to highlight this ussue,, and something should be done in this.
Either they should start NEO channel or should give customer a exit policy and take back all equipments like dish and set top box.

I read an advertisement in shardha tv channel
about
this, and they had asked to identify a few faces
given in the advertisement and upon identifying
the correct names they were suppose to issue
first 3 gifts.
I answered it correctly, and then received a call
from a person called Pintu sharma (from
Jamshedpur) saying that I'm the First Winner of
the contest and they can remit the gift in two
ways.
1. 12, 50, 000 /- INR in cash via transfer
2. Tata Safari car
I opted for the first option, and first they asked
me to transfer 8550/- INR as a Registration Fees
after which they said the 12.5 Lakhs amount
would be transferred to my account.( STATE
BANK OF INDIA A/C-[protected] ) mobile no
[protected]
But, again, they said there is some problem and in
order to issue NOC certificate I need to transfer
another 12, 550/- INR to their Managing Director's
(MD) account:
The names of the 'said' MDs' (Managing
Directors) were:
1.Pintu Sharma ([protected]).
If you call on the above number, you can hear the
customer care voice of Tata Motors
saying, welcome to 'Tata Motors Lucky Draw
2013'...
After paying 8550/- Rs. now I'm again being
chased up by them to pay another 12, 550/- Rs.
after which they say that I'll get 12.5 lakhs Rs. in
my account.
This is a clear fraud, first they concquer our
confidence and then asked to transfer the
amount. And now I've lost my 8550/- Rs.!!
Can someone please help me in the right
direction, to proceed with legal action against
these people.

Dish TV — Regular disruption of channels
Dish Tv is very good at taking money when the payment is due but when it comes to customerservice they are pathetic. Not the first time this has happened but repeatedly they seem to cut the connection even though the amount is paid. After regular visits and phone calls nothing has been done to rectify the problem. Even now the my account shows that i have paid till 09/04/09 and till now no relay what so ever. A/C NO [protected]-4
