Myself Mohan Kumar.R from Mysore, I requested for Internet banking password in ICICI Phone banking & the complaint no is SR74235257. & the password was been dispatched in Elbee Courier with the Airway Bill No:[protected] & the courier was dispatched on 29/7/2008. On Sat 2/8/2008 i called the Elbee Courier Customer care of for the status of delivery there the executive told that the parcel was returned to ICICI bank on 02/08/2008 without any notice neither they called the Person who was the owner of that parcel. So because of that hell courier service i was not able to transfer the amount to my colegue in Saudi & the bussiness deal was canclled.
