ELBEE courier Complaints & Reviews

I purchased some product online from indiatimes shopping.com on 30/09/2009. Two of three products were shipped to me via TNT courier but the third one is via ELBEE courier and still not delivered. I called up the customer care of elbee almost 100 times but no rescue. Everytime they promise to deliver the product in next 24 hours but i am still waiting. My AWB no is[protected].

Kindly help....

i have to recive a parcel under awb no.[protected]. the call to call centre for 7 days thay said today we are delivering. i[censored] believe it just like that and waited in your house you would have wasted 7 days leave.
i have sent a email asking them to day on which the delivery will be done, they did not care to answer my email. well done elbee courier, you are serving the nation in a noble manner....

Elbee couriers havent delivered my credit card yet that was despatched to me 7 days ago. On net they give all false phone numbers and none of them are in use. They should be sued for wrong information and harrasing customers.
Their on tracking system says collected by Jhadewalan delhi branch and delivery by gurgaon branch but no card has been recieved by me.
Its hard to understand why ICICI bank uses such irresponsible courier...

Non Delivery of My Card, Delivery boys are not working their duty

I would like to draw your kind attention to your Gurgaon Branch. The persons who are delivering the courier to the customers are not doing their duty properly. As the Icici Bank has despatched my card to my office address which is American Express on 8th dec 2008 but the person who is the delivery boy given the report that the Address is Incomplete or Unlocatable....

I had to receive an important document from ICICI bank through a courier sent through Elbee Courier.

Not only I have not received the courier even after making multiple calls to them, I see that the status shown from their website is delivered to some servant called Selvi. Elbee has stated the Delivery Date as 04/10/2008 and Delivery Time as 14:50....

I have raised a request for change of my icici internet banking password aginst SR No: SR77940280 on 30-Aug-2008 .

As per customer care tey have despatched my passwords through Elbee courier on 01-Sep-2008 vide way bill no :[protected].

This courier people is giving falls contact phone numbers in net & false status of our courier tracking in their website http://www.elbee.in/faqs.htm

Myself Mohan Kumar.R from Mysore, I requested for Internet banking password in ICICI Phone banking & the complaint no is SR74235257. & the password was been dispatched in Elbee Courier with the Airway Bill No:[protected] & the courier was dispatched on 29/7/2008. On Sat 2/8/2008 i called the Elbee Courier Customer care of for the status of delivery there the executive told that the parcel was returned to ICICI bank on 02/08/2008...

This has reference to the ICICI credit card, Way Bill Number[protected] Reference No [protected], dispatched thro' Elbee courier. The courier ELBEE refused to hand over the card to me on showing proof Photo ID and he asked for PAN card. on asking why I shld show pan card as ID only he asked to speak to his senior Mr Narayan .

Once I called Narayan Elbee Vashi, Navi Mumbai, for clearity on this process Mr. Narayan...
