[Resolved] ELBEE courier — ELBEE refused to hand over the ICICI card | |
Hi, This has reference to the ICICI credit card, Way Bill Number[protected] Reference No [protected], dispatched thro' Elbee courier. The courier ELBEE refused to hand over the card to me on showing proof Photo ID and he asked for PAN card. on asking why I shld show pan card as ID only he asked to speak to his senior Mr Narayan . Once I called Narayan Elbee Vashi, Navi Mumbai, for clearity on this process Mr. Narayan said till I ask ICICI to instruct to e-mail saying that it would be proof for handing over. Once he asked to speak to courier boy seeing Pan Card delivering the courier, he started speaking in Marathi to him and and said to to him that Im not showing ID and I have slapped him, instead of beliving me he asked his boy to return without delivering to me and speak to ICICI Bank. He never heeded to my request saying that unless he receives the e-mail it is going to be returned back. I would like to know what action can be taken on Narayan, who didnt bother to listen nor delivered the courier. I also requested password from ICICI Bank, the way bill number was[protected]. My address is very very easy, anybody can find it easily. They didn't even called me to ask for the direction and simply returned the courier to the bank saying that the address is incorrect!

It is really sad that a huge corporate bank such as ICICI takes the help of a third rated courier service (ELBEE) for its help.
I raised a request on 22nd on april for internet password (SR[protected] courier AWB #[protected]. i did not get the mail, when i called in to find out i was informed by ICICI rep that Customer not at home. (which is wrong for i was very much at home as i was ill.) Again a fresh request was raised (SR6554903) AWB #[protected]. on the 9th of May Again i did not get when i called in i was informed to my shock that "Cutomer has shifted the House" and i am very much alive in the same residence. When i tried calling the so called ELBEE on #'s 40033220, 40033221, 40033227 there is answer. It really hopeless service rendered. I wish to sue these people. Its High time ICICI change its vendor.

i want to bring u r notice that my ICICI credit card statement sent by ICICI bank through u r courier. But I did not received any courier, when the courier already dispatched on 13-05-08.I spoke to the ICICI Bank persons they given me the following numbers .i.e. [protected] this number is not responding even though I dialed 50-60 times and another number is [protected] this number not exists, After filing a complaint in this consumer complaints, its not only me but several people are suffering with the same kind of problem, If this persists like this with out changing u r attitude towards consumers, ultimatly it is a loss for u. As far as my knowledge being a professional courier like u is behaving like this towards the consumers is how much tolerable u think u r selves. My airway bill number is[protected]. Today morning at 09.30 I contacted your office at Tel No. 67606600 and it was answered by a male voice. I gave him the way Bill No and after a minute he asked me my location. On being told that I am from Goregaon, he gave me the telephone number of Goregaon (east). On asking whether it is not possible for him to track the consignment since is nearly one month that I have not received an important statement from ICICI, he told me to go and contact the Goregaon office at Gogtewadi. On my asking whether it is my duty to contact your office in person, he bluntly told that “ do as I tell you”. He was literally threatening me as if he was doing me a favour. Before 9 30 AM also I had contacted when the voice mail told me that your office opens at 09.30 AM
Is this the way your staff should behave with a customer. Don’t they know the minimum courtesy that they should extend to the customer. I am writing this letter with a view that you will take stern action against the erring employee and set things right. I talked to Ms. NAZA who was not willing to provide the name of the employee for obvious reason and hence this note to you.

Please refer to my complaint of 31st May 2008. I had requested for the status of AWB No.[protected] dated 3/5/08. Till the time of writing this note. Each operator who answers the call, asks for time and simply forgets about it. I have already sent two mails to their office asking for the status of the AWB but there is no response from them.Their advt says " consider it as Delivered'. But it is far from it and the customer service is seen to be belieived and experienced.
